Ideal for a relaxing holiday in total comfort. Casa Tranquila is a very well equipped Villa located in a peaceful complex, close to local bars, restaurants and amenities. It boasts a 8x4m heated pool set in a private landscaped garden.
Inside the Villa consists of a spacious lounge with patio doors leading onto a covered terrace for outside dining. For entertainment there is a 55” flat screen TV with a wide selection of channels (including Sky and British TV), a Blu-ray/DVD player and a high quality Bluetooth speaker. High speed WiFi is free.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. From here a door leads to the enclosed Solana (conservatory) which gives the option of inside dining for cooler evenings. There is also a utility area with a washing machine.
The master bedroom provides a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and ample wardrobe space. French doors lead out onto a second, casual seating area.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and large wardrobes. In addition there is a family bathroom with walk in shower.
The Villa has beautiful marble flooring and surfaces throughout.

Summary: Second time at the villa, everything you could ever want is included in the villa. If not just ask and it will be there. Paul and Melinda have thought of everything. 2 minutes walk from bars restaurants and mini supermarkets. The area is so relaxed

Summary: We have just returned from a four week stay at Paul and Melinda’s wonderful villa. The villa is spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. It has everything you need for a very relaxing, comfortable holiday. Paul and Melinda have thought of everything, from the welcome pack ( much appreciated) to all the essentials that you are normally expected to purchase yourself when self catering . Communication was excellent and they were always on hand to help out with any queries . The exterior of the villa was as well kept as the inside. The garden and pool maintained regularly. A perfect place to relax. I can’t believe how quickly the 4 weeks went ! It was lovely to meet Paul and Melinda and we definitely hope to return to Casa Tranquila in the future . 😎

Summary: The villa was immaculately clean, and the owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay as comfortable - a home from home! The villa is spacious, the swimming pool is fab and the garden is very well kept. There is a bus (which runs twice an hour) into the town and some great restaurants & a little shop a 2 minute walk away. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Summary: This villa was perfect for our family of 4 to relax in and use as a base for our holiday in Lanzarote. The heated pool was a massive hit to relax in each afternoon after sightseeing in the morning. The outdoor space is impressive, plenty of seating options including sun loungers. Indoors equally impressive, nice indoor table to eat, kitchen with everything you need, washing machine, large living room with TV with plenty of channels. Rooms were nice and air conditioned, one en suite. There was also a second bathroom and shower. WiFi was good, liked the security of the alarm plus the safe provided. Nice to have private parking too. Plenty of good shops and restaurants within a minutes walk. Very peaceful neighbourhood. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Summary: Villa and hosts were excellent. Very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The villa itself is in a quiet but convenient location and was very clean. It had all the home comforts you want when you’re away. would certainly recommend and will be coming back myself. Certainly the best villa I have stayed in on the island to date!

Summary: Absolutely fabulous Villa, very comfortable & exceptionally clean. Aircon was a godsend as was the swimming pool, where most of my days were spent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated as were all the little extras you want but rarely have in villas. Communication with Paul & Melinda was excellent with them responding instantly to any of our messages or pleas for help! We’ve stayed in many villas in Lanzarote & a few of those in Faro Park, but this has by far been the best for amenities & location. Thank you both for everything, we had the best time.
