Villa Casa Karoline is a charming, detached villa located in the quiet residential complex "La Goleta," close to shops and amenities at Faro Park. The recently renovated villa combines stylish design with modern comforts, offering a pleasant, relaxing living experience.
The villa features two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to another bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The living room boasts a high, vaulted ceiling. It features two sofas, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with international channels. High-speed fiber optic internet access is also available.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a practical column combination oven and microwave, as well as all the essential appliances for carefree cooking.
Directly adjacent is the dining area, which seats six people, with a side wall and a vertically retractable awning that can be completely closed when needed.
The sunny terrace, directly accessible from the living room, is furnished with a table and chairs – ideal for a relaxing breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine at sunset. Two retractable awnings also provide additional privacy and/or weather protection in this area.
Villa Casa Karoline features a private pool with underwater lighting, which is heated during the winter months (November to May) to ensure a pleasant temperature, as well as comfortable sun loungers for relaxing. Other amenities include adjustable shutters, a barbecue grill, marble floors throughout, and marble vanities in the bathrooms.
Villa Casa Karoline is located in the gated community "La Goleta" and has a private parking space right at the entrance, allowing you to conveniently park next to the house at any time.
The gate to the "La Goleta" community is opened by telephone. We will provide our guests with the relevant telephone numbers prior to their arrival. A remote control for the gate is also included on the key chain.

Summary: It's a wonderful villa in quit neighborhood. Close to Papagayo beaches - only 20 minutes by car. Sofia and Andy are high professionals. They are helpful and responsive.

Summary: We absolutely loved this villa holiday. The property is delightful with a great pool and lovely setup all round. The local amenities are a short walk away and have everything you need. Great communication throughout with the superb management team. Would absolutely recommend.

Summary: We have really enjoyed our stay in Villa Karoline. The villa is in a lovely quiet, gated community close to all amenities. The villa has got everything you can possibly want to make your stay comfortable. The owners have furnished it with quality fittings, the kitchen is brand new and is stocked with quality utensils. We only used the Master bedroom and it is so important to have a quality mattress to ensure a good night sleep. You do not miss air conditioning as there is no need for it. The living room has very comfy new settees in it and a massive TV with all the stations that you would want. We didn't use the TV however, preferred sitting outside by the pool or in in the sheltered area with the dining table. The retractable wind screens served us really well as it was particularly windy during our stay. The garden is beautiful and much larger then we expected. Pool is lovely and well maintained, it is also worth mentioning that there is a much larger pool available in the gated community for all to use. The information folder that was in the villa is the best we have ever come across. The Papagayo beaches are a must to visit.! Finally we must mention the service we received from Sofia, it has been unrivalled and we have used this website for years!! We would recommend this villa without hesitation and hope to return in the future. Alison & Peter
