Less than 2 miles away from Tulane and Loyola Universities. 3 Blocks from the famous Magazine Street with plenty of shopping and eateries. Very close to 3 famous New Orleans bars, F&M’s Patio Bar, Grit’s Bar, and Tchoup 45. Walking distance to Port Orleans Brewery and the music venue Tipitina's. On the same street as and 1 Mile away from the Convention Center and Cruise terminal! You can take the famous St Charles Street car to the French Quarter and Downtown or take a quick cheap Uber.

F&M's Patio Bar, Tchoup 45, and Grit's Bar. There are 2 huge grocery stores within walking distance a few blocks away, Rouse's, and Winn-Dixie. There is a coffee and espresso bar 2 blocks away. There are many restaurants with in walking distance. There is a very good chicken sandwich restaurant directly across the street from our home. There is also an amazing Nail Salon across the street on the same block as the home. Famous Magazine Street is only 3 block away. It only takes 10 minutes to drive to downtown and the French quarter. The airport is about 20 minutes away. Almost anything in the city is less than 15 minutes away and almost all of Uptown is walking distance away.

Summary: We stayed here with my family of 6 over spring break. The house is spacious, well appointed, and clean. Parking is on-street but we never had an issue finding a space near the house. Communication with the host was excellent. The only downside to this house is that it is around the corner from a dive bar that was pumping out very loud music on Friday and Saturday nights until the early hours of the following day. Our kids slept through it but my wife and I did not. There were earplugs in the night stands next to the beds, but we did not discover them until we were leaving. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Summary: This house if gorgeous inside! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was super clean, well stocked, and had really comfortable beds. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: The house was spotless, well furnished kitchen, beds very comfortable, backyard quiet and private. Easy access to grocery, restaurants and bars. Owner was very responsive to our needs including dropping our luggage off early. We used the noise machines to cover the urban sounds. The unique neighborhoods in NOLA are what makes it such a great place to visit.

Summary: This was a beautiful home in the perfect location that had everything we could think of! We were able to settle in and felt right at home during our visit to NOLA for Mardi Gras this year. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but we knew the hosts were a call away if we did. We come every year and hope we can stay here again

Summary: This property is delightful. The entire inside has been newly renovated and extremely well stocked. The kitchen and baths are marble. The floors are refinished pine. There is a large beverage bar with an electric coffee pot for a group and a Keurig for individual servings of coffee. We have never stayed in a better appointed VRBO. It’s a bit off Magazine on a well traveled street but we never heard outside noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Lovely home. David was super helpful in recommending places to visit and providing directions. The home is well situated for walking to Magazine St. for coffee, shopping and restaurants. And short Lyft rides into the French Quarter. Tchoupitoulas is a busy street so there was some traffic noise.Overall, we had a great time.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family with two adult daughters, We had spacious bedrooms with great closet space and comfortable beds. The outdoor space was key for us as we like to get outside in the fresh air even in the humidity of NOLA. The house was very clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. We were a few blocks away from Rouses (grocery/liquor) so we were able to walk and get the extras. We didn't have a car and you certainly do not need one. We found some excellent new restaurants and visited some old favorites. Walked to/from Magazine Street both day and night from shopping, dining and dancing. Don't miss a trip to Hansen's Sno-Bliz - we had never been but considering the line we knew it had to be good. It was GREAT and a NOLA classic that you must try at least once! We would certainly recommend this house and stay again as well. Thank you David for your prompt response to every question I asked and for sharing your great home with our family. NOLA never disappoints! Laissez les bons temps rouler
