A beautiful, shabby chic French country "beach home", located in an ultra private, in prestigious New Seabury, is walking distance or a bike ride to the Popponesset beach/"The Spit" and the Market Place (less than a mile)where you will find restaurants, pizzeria, patisserie, ice cream parlor, bike rentals, live entertainment on weekends, gift shops, mini golf......Day trip to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is a ferry away at the close by neighboring towns of Falmouth and Hyannis.
Elegantly and beautifully decorated in country French shabby chic with your home away from home comfort in mind, the home is surrounded with an enormous 800 sq ft of wrapped around deck/terrace off the 4 sets of sliding doors from the master bedroom, living room and dinning room facing almost an acre of private wooded pine trees and beyond....The home has central air conditioning and heating, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, seating room with oversized wood burning fire place, and den/office/sunroom with white marble floor, cathedral ceiling and skylights. A large master bedroom en suite on the first floor features a king size bed, a jacuzzi, rain shower and his et her vanity. On the second floor is the 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed with seating area, the other with 2 twin beds and a full size bed(bunk beds), both bedrooms have 2 large windows with beautiful views of the pines and share a bathroom with rain shower, free standing soaking tub and double sink vanity
