Villa Aleva is new on the rental market and already very popular. This beautiful new house is the perfect spot to spend your well deserved vacation. The tasteful decor of the house will immediately make you feel at home. It has all the amenities you will need to make your stay as comfortable as can be. And to top it off, the breathtaking view will make your jaw drop.
Villa Aleva is located in a popular and secure gated community close to the center of Atenas, known for it´s best climate of the world.
The house has 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom at the back of the house has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The sliding doors give offer you the full view and you can step out to the pool area directly from the room. The second bedroom on the other side of the house also has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The large windows also offer a great view. The third bedroom is also has a king size bed in it
The bathroom for this bedroom is in the hallway. The large living area with open style kitchen offers everything you can wish for. The kitchen area is spacious and has all the amenities. The seating area has a comfortable couch for you to relax on, read a book or watch TV. The large glass sliding doors make the house light and you can take in the amazing view from all around the room.
Step outside and enjoy the large covered patio. It has a large dining table where you can enjoy a meal you prepared on the grill. Or step into the crystal clear pool or relax on one of the loungers. Everywhere you look you will be able to see that stunning view. And when it get darks you get to enjoy the night view and see the lights of San José in the distance. It can´t get any better!!
Our experienced property management team is ready to make your stay the best it can be. After booking they will reach out to you and during your stay they are always just a phone call away.
As an additional service to our house guests, they can arrange airport transfers to help you avoid the potential hassles you can experience in getting from and to the property on your travel days
They also arrange car rentals and a variety of quality tours. They can arrange for you to have your fridge stocked with your favorite groceries upon arrival, or have a home cooked meal ready for you on your arrival day. For special occasions they can have a local chef come to the house to prepare a gourmet dinner. What to think of a relaxing massage at the property, it can all be arranged. After booking they will reach out to you to provide all the information you need.
In the house you will find a guest manual that gives you all the information that you need on the property, the town of Atenas (restaurants, shops, medical assistance) and the extra services offered to out guests.

The standard rate is based on 4 people. For every extra guest there is a $15 per person per night fee. Guests staying longer than 14 days a bi-weekly cleaning is included.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in Costa Rica and this was the perfect home base. Conveniently located to the San Jose airport and day trips to Jaco for fun in the sun. We loved coming back to the house in the evening for pool side happy hour and grilling for dinner. Wonderful views of the Central Valley and cool night air provided a perfect setting to cast your cares away. Piet and Yvonne were wonderful hosts and I highly recommend this property.

Summary: The house is perfect for a family, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It was amazing to get up in the morning, have a coffee and sit outside. The view is vast and you can see far and wide. My one wish was ro see a toucan which we did a few days before we left. It was in a tree in the back yard and waited for us to get the perfect picture before he flew away. We also saw geckos which make some really weird noises but they kept all the bugs out of the house. The property is quite far from town so we needed to get a taxi when we wanted to get to town. The property managers were amazing and extremely helpful. I need to work on my spanish, but google translate was helpful in a pinch. We did several tours and enjoyed them all The pool at the house was wonderful and kept us cool and refreshed. Special thanks to Piet, he was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. The chef at the house was a great way to celebrate Christmas the food was delicious. The people in Costa Rica are wonderful and the fruit is massive and fresh.

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing time celebrating my birthday here. The property was clean and inviting. The view was amazing! The property manager, Piet, was courteous and informative! We went during the rainy season, but still had a great time. Daytime was warm & we enjoyed the pool and again, the VIEW! Would definitely recommend!

Summary: I just recently just stayed at this amazing location and it was honestly the best! The property manager walked me through all of the amenities and provided all the best contact information for an easy fun stay. The home is nestled up high providing amazing views, especially in the morning time with the sun peaking over the mountains. The taxi driver that was provided was such a good honest individual too. Even brought me out to eat before heading to the airport! =) The house is clean and safe, and no problems whatsoever. The pool made everything even better, photos dont do justice! Will for sure be staying here again!

Summary: This is top on our list for vacations! The house was perfect and I would highly recommend the dinner on arrival night. Zipping was breathtaking, paired with the lunch it was a perfect day out. I would highly recommend staying here and coming back for a visit.

Summary: For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. The late afternoons did get warm, but we just cooled off in the pool. We did not see any rain while we were there. The nights do cool down, but was still a little warm for sleeping. Driving was an experience! The roads are very narrow and congested. The hosts were very helpful planning several tours for us. We really enjoyed the coffee farm tour. We did get lost several times In the neighborhood. The roads and driveways all look the same and street signs are minimal. We had to go back to the gate house and ask for directions. They have a map of the neighborhood that we were able to take a picture of, which was extremely helpful. The people of Atenas are super friendly and gracious. Overall it was a fabulous vacation in Costa Rica!
