Summary: Alex was responsive- the place was clean - we were pleasantly suprised with the replenishment of towels and changing of sheets- every 2 days. We felt safe, we used the cooking facilities, mildly sad the hot tub was not working - but the atmosphere made up for it - would highly recommend

Summary: The apartment was a good size and comfortable. Pool and rancho area are a great place to relax. There was a congenial atmosphere with other guests- several of us were there for a month or more. The family at the property were very welcoming and helpful. But because they have several VRBO listings, there was some confusion about which units I had rented. Ultimately, it all worked out.

Summary: I was very impressed with nearly everything at this rental. My brother and I stayed there for three weeks, then my brother went home but I stayed on for about another month and even though this was during the wet season it was still very nice. There was really only one issue that was not a real big problem and that was that when it really rained hard there was a spot where the roof leaked. I will say this once the owners were made aware of this they were right on top of it. Thank you so much Alex and family for a very enjoyable visit
