Step away and instantly relax in this spacious and serene space. Newly furnished/decorated, 5-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront home with tropical saltwater pool and relaxing spa, private dock, kayaks and bikes. Come enjoy the refreshing pool and relaxing jacuzzi, super fast Wifi, Smart TVs. Home has a dedicated/private office with desk and chair, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor kitchen/ BBQ, and covered patio. Great for couples or family getaways. It's a sweet setup.
The modern, comfortable living space is an open format allowing for easy conversation from the spacious kitchen and bar area to living room and two dining spaces. There are two master bedrooms. The upstairs master includes its own walk-out porch overlooking the canal. This upper bedroom is spacious and great for a couple wanting privacy or a family looking to have their own bathroom away from the rest of the houseguests. The main floor master includes both a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower along with direct access to the back patio.
Two of the bedrooms offer privacy and a comfortable stay that include plenty of space for your belongings and access to a shared bathroom. The final bedroom has a pull-out couch and TV with a side chair that can serve as an additional single bed - great for a child/youth or single sleeper if you're looking to get some additional sleeping space.
There are multiple beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, towels and sand toys to use for your time on the beach. There's an outdoor shower to clean off the sand from your feet and rinse off after fun at the beach.
The pool is covered allowing for the beautiful sunshine to come through while cutting down bugs or elements falling into the water. At the entry of the pool, there's space for little ones to splash and play in a shallow flat (with supervision) but it's also deep enough for kids of all ages to enjoy. The patio furniture and outdoor kitchen in this covered space give plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors where the weather seems always in your favor.
The covered dock offers a beautiful and calming view at all hours. Enjoy a coffee while watching for any dolphins to pop by in the morning or a cool beverage of choice in the evening as the sun sets. We have a feeling most guests will be spending the majority of their time outdoors by the pool or dock when not at the beach.
Peaceful, nice neighborhood, a few blocks from beach. It's a quiet street with an easy walk to local shopping, art, restaurants, bars, coffee, smoothie and ice cream shops. Downtown area offers a perfect mix of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, often with nightlife of live music and entertainment to enjoy.
Good-sized driveway with 3-4 spots for plenty of parking. Easily walkable to beach, or can drive and park at Lori Wilson park right at the beach, with free, public parking. Optional Cocoa Beach bus shuttle a half mile away. Two bikes are also available.
Great place to relax after time spent at Disney as it's a nice hour's drive from Orlando or spend time before or after a cruise out of Cape Canaveral. The beach access nearby has lifeguards on duty with optional surf and beach items for rent. It's close to great restaurants from steak to sushi and great shopping at Ron John's Surf Shop or browse the work of local artisans. You can even take a visit to the Kennedy Space Center just 30 minutes away.
Pool heat is available during the winter months, however, it does come at an addition charge. Please inquire before arrival so we can provide details.
The Boat Lift is not for Guests to use, but tying up a boat to the dock is allowed!

Summary: Excellent property with all things needed to make for a memorable trip. There was plenty of room for 2 couples and 4 teens. The dock was perfect for quiet time in the morning, sunning in the afternoon and fishing at night. We loved the pool and hot tub area. The kids made great use of the kayaks and bikes. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We even saw some dolphins and a manatee. Great property and great vacation!

Summary: Wonderful property in a quiet location. Family consisted of 3 kids ranging from 2-9 years old. Tons of space, top notch kitchen, and great pool. Probably too far for young kids to walk to the beach, but a very simple drive. Great location for basing your Space Coast visits.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. The description of the beds however was not accurate. The house is listed as 2 kings and 3 queens beds. It is actually 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 full and a pull out sofa. We have large boys in our family so this did not work for us. If this isn't an issue for you then you will love your stay!

Summary: This house would have been perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. It has 2 bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with a smaller than traditional Queen Murphy bed, and the other bedroom has a Pullout couch. The “fifth bedroom” area is an Office with a Full size Murphy bed and with no closet. The outside area was beautiful with the dock and outdoor space. Sitting out on the dock and watching the dolphins was a definite highlight!

Summary: Our family enjoyed this house while vacationing, and it fit our needs pretty well. One disappointment,however, was the state of cleanliness. It wasn't a disaster by any means, but most of the white doors inside had black marks on them that can be easily wiped off. The upstairs bedroom/bathroom was not clean, and the jet tub upstairs shot out dirt when it was turned on. The high chair tray had dried on food and was difficult to find as it was not in the spot that we read it was in. First Aid kit was also very hard to find - needed it when our son got stuck with a catfish barb. Overall this property has a beautiful outside area that we thoroughly enjoyed. The dock was a favorite for us all, from my son fishing to watching dolphins. Beautiful place!

Summary: My family and I stayed for 4 nights and loved it so much that we requeated another night. The location is pefect with a quick less than 10 min walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub we great and the dock with such a nice setting was amazing. Another great aspect of the trip was the extememely quick response of the host. Thats a huge plus. One critique: if you are planning on cookingz the pots and pans could use an update. They seem a little dated. Outside of that we would def stay there again.

Summary: This house is so wonderful. It is truly a rental unicorn because not only does everything work but it is even better than we expected. The pool and hot tub area is great, the bedrooms have more amenities than they listed and everything is very high quality. I would stay here again when we go back to Cocoa Beach. It was so relaxing and perfect.

Summary: It was very easy and enjoyable staying here. The home was beautiful and had everything they said it would. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting out on the dock watching for dolphins. We saw them twice! The only issue I had was that it was farther from the beach then we thought it would be. Walking longer distances is not something my husband can do, so walking to the beach didn't happen.
