1A-location - in the pedestrian zone. In the heart of Lindau island located old town house. The generously designed, 100sqm, newly renovated, quiet apartment on the 3rd floor, is easily accessible by lift.
We offer you 2 beautiful, quiet and spacious bedrooms. A bathroom with natural marble stone, equipped with a large shower, and underfloor heating. This object is equipped for 4 persons.
The open kitchen area is equipped with everything, the adjoining dining room can accommodate 4-6 people. A living room with designer furniture features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi.
Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.
For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2.80 € per day (instead of 7 € at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 75 Euro). Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.
Ideal for your best holidays of the year. In the immediate vicinity are various shops, as well as a butcher and bakery. The harbor promenade with its numerous cafés, restaurants and bars can be reached in about 3 minutes.
The port of Lindau is a mooring for many ships, with which you can take trips to different places on Lake Constance or a tour. Not only just for swimming, but also for cycling and hiking invites our enchanting region.

Summary: Die Lage der Fewo ist erstklassig, sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig - und alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar ( Bahnhof, Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants). Die Fewo ist sehr geschmackvoll, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Geschirrausstattung könnte für eine Familie großzügiger ausfallen. Auch der TV könnte näher an der Sofagruppe stehen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in Lindau, und können sehr gut diese schöne FeWo weiterempfehlen.

Summary: Spacious and comfy with a convenient layout. The bathroom had a great shower, plenty of vanity and we liked the separated WC with pass-through. A lift takes you straight to your door. You can open the windows to a great boulevard. Just a minute or so walk to the harbor, market and restaurants galore. We especially like the gelato place downstairs. Tanya was a great host. They do have a firm 10:00am checkout so plan accordingly. They provide parking for you on this island but the lot is a good 5 minute walk on the other side of the train tracks. You can walk the length of the island in 10 minutes to reach the casino. Treat yourself to a waterfront table at the harbor with the Swiss Alps as the backdrop and I defy you to find a better view anywhere.

Summary: The flat was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The entire flat was also very clean and quiet. The flat is serviced by stairs and an elevator. There is nothing negative to say about the building or location it's a great place to stay! The only thing that I would say was a negative, was upon arrival we were told that there is an Occupancy Tax that we needed to pay but were not made aware of upon booking the unit. I believe for us based on our 4 nights it was around 20 euros.

Summary: Lovely, well-presented apartment. Very clean, quiet, and equiped with everything you could possibly need. We especially appreciated the artistic touches that give this unit a refined almost stately feel. The unit would certainly be at the top of my list If I were planning another journey through Lindau or anywhere else on the Bodensee..

Summary: What a delight it was to arrive at this apartment. The owners have taken much pride in the presentation. It is big and airy and very modern for such an old building. Its right on the main street but not noisy, Extremely clean and everything in it is quality. Owners are lovely people who made sure we had everything we needed. I didn't want to leave!

Summary: This well equipped and beautifully maintained apartment in the centre of old Lindau is one of our all-time favorite rentals. We would heartily recommend it to friends and hope to return for a longer stay. Its owner was helpful, its parking easy, its location convenient and its decoration exquisite.
