Great Old Town Duplex Apartment on the 3 + 4 floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 large roof terraces with exceptional lake and mountain views!
In the approximately 140 square meters apartment, divided into 3.5 rooms with large living and dining area and integrated kitchen and 2 large accessible from the living room roof terraces leave nothing to be desired. The property is designed for 4-6 persons (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed in the separate bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living area). Due to the staircase situation not suitable for people with mobility problems or infants.
After a successful day at the lake, conjure up a fancy menu in the beautiful kitchen and enjoy it together with a glass of wine on the roof terrace with views over Lindau and Lake Constance.
The main bathroom is located on the 3rd floor. Floor near the bedrooms. In the 4th Floor is also a small bathroom with toilet. It is just 300m to the harbor, 400m to the train station and the nearest bathing area.
For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Bicycles can be parked at the 100m distant fixed bicycle stand of the theater.
Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Summary: The apartment has a wonderful location and the highlight is certainly the decks overlooking the water and the city. The beds were very comfortable as well. It would have been nice to have a freezer and ice in the kitchen. It would have also been nice to have fans in the bedrooms as it was very hot the last 2 nights we stayed. In addition, screens should be on every window and door as this was the only way to cool down the apartment. With no screens, it was very easy for bugs and spiders to get into the apartment in the evening. 1 parking spot would also be helpful as it was difficult walking from the parking garage to our apartment every day. We had a great time and Lindau was a wonderful place to stay!

Summary: Solid property with amazing views of Lake Konstanz and the Alps! Challenges include narrow stairs to the 4th floor and strange trash rules. I wish there were fans in the apartment we could use at night. No AC so very warm nights were uncomfortable. Also need screens on all windows/doors so the bugs/spiders do not come in at night. We enjoyed the location and Lindau was fantastic!

Summary: Centrally located apartment on beautiful Lindau island on Lake Constance (Bodensee). Spacious and well-equipped, on two levels, and in a beautifully quiet location. The third-floor terrace, with view of the lake and the mountains, is wonderful. No elevator to replace the three flights of stairs, so this needs to be taken into consideration when making the booking. Parking needs to be researched ahead of your stay as there is no parking spot for a personal car. But this is not problematic and shuttle buses are available or local transport is good to get to the parking areas. Or you can enjoy the leisurely 20 to 25-minute walk to a parking area. You are very close to the lakeside, to many very good restaurants and to the ferry departure point and the train station. We loved visiting Lindau and loved staying in this apartment!

Summary: In der wunderschönen, luftigen Wohnung haben wir unsere Tage in Lindau sehr genossen. Die herrlichen Dachterrassen, der fantastische Seeblick, die großzügigen Räume, die gesamte Ausstattung - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch mit 6 Erwachsenen war reichlich Platz für jeden. Die Treppen waren für unsere betagten Seniorinnen erfreulicherweise ohne Probleme zu meistern. Ein Highlight ist die großartige, zentrale Lage und die Badestelle 'ums Eck'. Die Abwicklung mit der 'Fee' war supernett und sehr serviceorientiert - dafür ein Extra-Lob! Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Summary: Für eine knappe Woche waren wir in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Lage in der Stadt ist genauso perfekt wie der Blick auf den See. Die Wohnung hat eine super-Ausstattung, sehr geschmackvoll. Was man wissen sollte: Das Zimmer mit dem Schlafsofa (recht harte Matratze) kann nur durch das Schlafzimmer betreten werden und im EG des Hauses befindet sich ein (sehr nettes) Cafe. Insgesamt ein Traumort. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Summary: Wir haben im Juni 2021 eine wunderbare Woche in Lindau verbracht und die Seesicht hat sehr dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Gepäck in den dritten Stock zu tragen war bei der herrschenden Hitze kein Vergnügen, aber oben angekommen - wunderbar. Das Schlafzimmer liegt auf der Eingangsebene und war tatsächlich angenehm kühl, eines der zwei Fenster im Hauptschlafzimmer und das Fenster im angrenzenden Schlafzimmer mit Klappcouch sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, das fanden wir richtig super, sollte in der Wohnungsbeschreibung angegeben werden. Wohnzimmer und Küche liegen eine Treppe höher, dort war es schon wesentlich wärmer, aber Dank der gegenüberliegenden Dachterrassen war schnell eine angenehme Raumtemperatur erreicht. Das haben wir auch an den folgenden Abenden sehr genossen. Alles in allem, eine tolle Wohnung! Der Punktabzug bei Preis/Leistung ist mit Fee vom See kommuniziert, Kleinigkeiten, die sich summieren und bestimmt abgestellt werden.
