2 Bedroom Apartment in Insel, Lindau

This newly renovated 80sqm apartment in the 1st Floor with elevator is special in every way. It is generously furnished and offers everything to spend a great holiday.
The high quality and well equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a walk-in, walk-in shower, toilet and a large sink. It has 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and is therefore designed for 4 people.
The fact that the house has a lift and the entire apartment is barrier-free, the apartment is also suitable for people with disabilities (no standard DIN equivalent). But there is a place there is only 70cm (to the bathroom and the rear small bedroom).
Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.
For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Summary: Modern und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung an ruhiger Lage und doch ideal in Mitten der schönen Altstadt gelegen. Auch Hauptbahnhof und Hafen sind in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Der Aufzug führt praktischerweise direkt in die Wohnung. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Summary: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Heizung. Es wurde zwar im Vorfeld geschrieben, das die Heizung lange braucht, was aber länger gedauert hat. Als sie dann lief wurde es ziemlich warm. Trotz runterstellen war der vodere Schlafraum sehr warm. Alles zusammmengefaßt ist die Wohnung trotzdem schön. Wir kommen wieder.

Summary: Pretty nice appartment. Enough space for living and 1 large bedroom. Nice quality of materials and windows are noice cancelling. The appartment is located in the middle of the island and is close to harbor and supermarket.
