Summary: The property's address would not appear to taxi or Uber drivers so was difficult to find at first, and the street felt a bit more like an alley. Was also located beside a university student residence so had some noise issues over the weekend. Apartment was reasonably kitted out but up a surprising number of stairs for a second floor. Not a problem for the young adults but a bit of a challenge for the older ones in our group. We checked in late on a Friday afternoon and received no replies from queries to the property management company over the weekend. Replies on the Monday while generally helpful came too late (e.g., never could get the heating to come on to the desired temperature). Apartment itself was very cute and good for our family (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
