Positive: Good location and property is great and comfortable. Tea bag, coffee, sugar and even salt and oil were available. Didn't use all of these but very thoughtful of the owners to provide one just in case. Small things matter. Heating working really well when needed as it's cold weather.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable inside the flat, communal area is being worked on at the moment so I'll give a pass and assume it's going to be given a good clean and painted when the workmen are done. Also, the heating is amazing Loads of Persian, Turkish, Indian and Chinese takeaways very close by along with the standard chippie + pizza + kebab all in one shops. Didn't notice any big supermarkets, but lots of small ones and ethnic ones.

Negative: Shower unit needs some attention, it needs re-grouting and the door doesn't close properly. Still useable though.

Summary: Nice, clean comfy place to stay in great location.
