Summary: The Good - very well appointed townhome that was very comfortable and clean. The location (only .5 miles from West Beach) can't be beat. The Bad - on a very busy street. The pictures make it seem like the townhome is located in a quiet & tranquil area but nothing can be farther from the truth. Even with the double-pane windows, the constant hum and noise of cars passing by was a bummer. So much so that using the lower and upper patios was a non-starter.

Summary: Great property -- we really enjoyed our stay here. The space was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The location was fairly central, about a 10 minute walk to downtown and the beach, and the area felt safe and walkable.

Summary: Extremely pleasant vacation rental. It was clean and nicely decorated and maintained. I would, without exception, recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax. Its location near the beach is a plus.

Summary: It was a very nice bright and cheery place to stay. Centrally located townhome just minutes from all my favorite spots located around Santa Barbara, Montecito and Goleta areas. Would definitely think of staying at this place for my next visit.
