Positive: I like the free breakfast and coffee machine 24/7 plus the pool.
Negative: When the front desk J Anne called me and approached me in an accusing voice that I didnt included my kids on the check in. I was tired checking in and just signed the papers, she was fast in giving instructions and does not seem to be accomodating, she is even same race with me. We did a stroll to the downtown and went back to the hotel rushing coz theres a bit rainshower, I saw her but she didnt look at me but I didnt know that she looked at my husband with the kids. And then I was giving a bath to my kids when I received the unexpected call that seems accusing of me not declaring my kids. This is what she said “ you told me you are only 2 person checking in”- I told her I didnt say that exact words to you. And she said I mean when you booked on the third party you only put 2. She is explaining that the room that I booked is only good for 2 people, any additional person does not matter if its 1 yr old should be declared and that is $20 per person. Its because they will use the facility and eat breakfast. I totally forgot to include them coz I booked way back in April and we visited in July. She did not even offer first to move to a different room or even offer an extra bed. I asked it myself and she even said extra bed costs $10 per night. That conversation made me think now where do I go do I have to find a hotel that kinda feeling. Made me stressed out. I called her back again when i gathered my thoughts and told her my frustrations. I shared this to a close friend and she sent me their policy regarding a child under 17yrs old and shows there its free. I went there and talk to the front desk lady personally, this time she is more approachable and not in a rush tone of voice. I showed her their policy and she said all family members should be declared in case of fire. I expressed how I felt on that phone call is as if I am a liar for not declairing my kids. She still said in case of fire all members should be declared. But why on the website it states differently.
Summary: It was good except for the experience with the Fd lady. I still recommend the stay in this hotel.
