Positive: We have been coming to Blue Waters for 10 years and this is the best the property has looked in a long time. We loved it before but the new owners and mgmt have gone above to keep it up. Super clean!

Negative: Love everything but would be extra great to have working beach chairs, towels and beach toys. We usually buy them and leave them with the house so maybe it's too much to keep up with but would be a nice cheap extra touch.

Summary: We will be back next year!
