2 Bedroom Condo in Brandon

Our lake front property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium located on the ground flloor. The unit has about 900 square feet, water views from every room, and has an open floor plan. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private onsuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. There is a 50in flat screen TV in the living room and there is also an about a 42in flat screen in the master bedroom. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" BELOW PRIOR TO BOOKING SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS AND SETUP.
We have several properties in the area ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Should this wonderful property not be available for the dates you need or will not accommodate your needs, chances are we have another property that will be a perfect match.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and our standard check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. EST.
2. This property is located about 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 30-40 minutes from the beaches.
3. We do accept pets at some properties. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. All pets must weight 35lbs or less. Dogs and cats only. WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY EXOTIC ANIMALS.
4. We do not provide cribs or pack-in-play. There are local services that do provide those items should you desire to rent them.
5. Please note that we require a minimum payment of $500 at the time of booking and your remaining balance, if any, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation total is less than $500 then your entire reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
6. If you pay with a credit card an additional 3% processing fee will be added to the reservation total. We only accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
7. The number of people the property can sleep/accommodate may not sleep all people in beds. The total number of people unit can sleep/accommodate is the maximum number of people we allow to stay and sleep in the unit overnight.
8. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT and provide a form of identification(Drivers License, Passport, or similar) prior to checking in to confirm age and identity.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date we will issue you a refund of your prepaid amount(s) less an administrative fee of $100.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival then we can only issue you a refund if we are able to get the property released. Should that occur then we will issue you a refund less an administrative fee of $100.

Summary: The location was perfect for a visit with my sister who lives in the area. The view of the lake and sunset were very nice. The booking and check-in process was very smooth. Would enjoy staying here on future visits

Summary: Everything was good from check in to check out. Manager was great assisting us with extending our stay as requested. My wife and I along with my 87 year old mother-in-law were down for my brother-in-law whom was in he local HCA Brandon hospital. Very convenient to hospital . Only complaint was when folks rented the upstairs condo. The noise from their morning and evening activity transferred down through our ground floor ceiling very loudly. Normal walking sounded like stomping. The manager did speak to the occupants on our behalf to no avail. Other than this one issue everything was great. I thank the manager for his attempt to assist us.

Summary: This was our first Vrbo and I was a little nervous. I was so happy when we checked in. Adrian was in constant communication with us while we traveled down to Fl. And always available when we needed him. We were so blessed to have been able to stay from June 30-Nov15 while waiting for our home to be built. It was so clean and fully furnished! All linen, towels and shower curtains were brand new. I LOVED having a patio with furniture that overlooked the pond which was full of wildlife. The staff on property were always so friendly and always helping us out when we had questions or concerns. The neighbors were all so friendly. We used the pool a lot in the summer and enjoyed having pool table and small fitness area to use. (I do wish there were some more equipment in there but we joined a local gym that was super close) my daughter loved the treadmills. The condo had everything even a vacuum. We felt very fortunate to have found this hidden gem while making so many transitions. Thank you Powell Property and staff!!

Summary: It was everything we needs for our stay to visit family. I particularly loved all the variety of birds that came and went on the small lake. Will definitely use again.

Summary: I rented this property for 8 days so I could visit with my daughter. The accommodations were as expected but the pool and the constantly changing wildlife by the water was incredible! Thanks for a wonderful stay. I am relaxed!

Summary: Booked from Nov 9 to Nov 20. The second day that we were there we had to return home due to a emergent condition. It was communicated to the local property manager, Adrian who was very understanding. He told me that the Powell office would be informed in the am. I never heard anything from anyone on a call back. A few days later I followed up with Adrian. He informed me that I had not followed the proper channels? I really didn't want a refund. The situation was far more important than the rental. The fact that Cody nor Denise never contacted us is a joke. If the were even informed. We will not rent from Powell Realty EVER again. The property was a 3 of 5 at best. The communication with the management is a 1 of 5.

Summary: It's a great location and the place itself was nice. Very clean and everything was in good condition. The view is great. Being on the ground floor is also a huge plus. Check process went well. A few opportunities - The dining room table looks nice but is not functional. If 2 couples tried to share it, or even just two people like us, it's not usable. The chairs are too low and uncomfortable and the table is too small. Could use some more pots for cooking.
