This beautifully renovated 1000sf apartment is in the heart of "Vieux Nice" in a 350 year old building steps from restaurants, bars, and the beach. It is on the 4th floor of the building so quiet even when the streets around are bustling but you do need to walk up the stairs (it will burn off all that good food).
It comes fully equipped with an enormous Chef's kitchen and dining room that is around 350sf just in case you fancy having friends over.
The living room is fully fitted out with a 42" LCD TV with a dolby 7.1 surround sound speaker system, SKY cable with all the movie channels and a DVD player just in case. Sit and look out over the rooftops across the street while you lounge on the sofa and read a book.
The bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and a swimming-pool-like Philippe Stark bath for two while the en-suite next door has a luxurious teak decked bespoke walk in shower and a font of marble hewn just for the job.
The apartment is wired for sound throughout, has fully reversible Air Conditioning for hotel like silent hot and cold, underfloor heating in shower room and surrounding bath.
St Tropez 45 mins, Cannes 30 mins, Monaco 20 mins by car (all approx), or train.

Summary: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Located in the perfect part of town!! We did not mind the stairs to the 4th floor. Hanna was very helpful and accommodating with recommendations and transportation.

Summary: The apartment is very nice. But it definitively has a problem with their air conditioner. It was not powerful enough to get a comfortable temperature inside, and the humidity was elevated. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, which we had to use. But the windows were not appropriate for its installation, so we had to use a towel to try to cover as much space as possible left by the opened window.

Summary: Very walkable location in Vieux Nice, near lots of restaurants and shops, the tram, and the beach. Well-equipped flat. The only negative (it’s mentioned in the listing), not unique to this building, is there is no elevator, so be prepared to walk steps a few times!

Summary: We loved everything about our stay in this wonderful apartment! The space is beautifully and very thoughtfully designed. It feels much more like a luxury hotel suite than a rental, but still manages to feel cozy. It was spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the design of the space, quality of the linens, kitchen set-up, and thoughtful touches like a lovely bottle of wine and some coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. The apartment is very bright, spacious, and comfortable. The bed and shower were top quality. Possibly the four flights of stairs might be difficult for some people, so that is something to be aware of, but we did not mind them. The location is ideal, close to the market, beach, and lots of great restaurants and places for an aperitif. We’d also like to say how much we appreciated being met at the apartment by Hanna, who took time to fill us in on everything and who could not have been nicer or more helpful. If we return to Nice, this would be our top choice of a place to stay!

Summary: This is a great apartment in a perfect location for enjoying the old town of Nice. The apartment is spacious, clean and very luxurious. The only downside is the walk up 4 flights of stairs but I’m from New York and have lived in my fair share of walk-up apartments so it wasn’t a big deal for us! Host communication was great and she was there to welcome us to the unit and show us around the property when we checked in. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Nice!
