Summary: The front end staff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a renovated room and it was beautiful and spacious. Very much enjoyed the wood burning fireplace! Despite the cold, we enjoyed our morning coffees watching the deer walk through the woods from our little patio! The bathroom with the large walk in shower and separate claw foot tub was wonderful. The L’Occitane products and the Nespresso coffee, elevated our stay. Thank you!!

Summary: The staff at all levels were terrific, very positive and lots of energy. The rooms were great, we had a Cathedral ceiling, 2nd floor room facing the mountains. The food at the Prov is very good if you don’t want to go downtown every night. The Roam by service was on time, clean and every 20 min. We will stay here again.

Summary: The whole hotel was clean and comfortable, we especially enjoyed the hot tub area with showers and locker rooms located in the gym area.

Summary: We had a beautiful room with two comfortable beds. What made our stay special was the crackling fire in the room each night of our stay.

Summary: A quintessential mountain lodge complete with wood burning fireplace (logs included), hot tub and very good on site restaurant and lounge. Great quiet location on Tunnel Mountain but still within walking distance to the town. Friendly staff as well.
