Positive: Beautiful home, very spacious, less than 2 minute walk to beach, great location, nice quiet location. Plenty of room! Non crowded beach. A/C worked great. You can see the water thru the house across the street. You can hear the waves from the beautiful front porches
Negative: I can't think of anything about the house we did not like. My family enjoyed staying here and will probably be back. Might try a different house for the experience, but Morgantown is the perfect getaway for a family vacation away from the chaos of Gulf Shores. I do think the price was high, but this is the first time we have booked a beach house like this so I don't have anything to compare it to yet. Dryer maybe needs looked at soon as it took about 3 rounds of 60 minutes to dry a medium load. That's the only thing I can think of.

Positive: Enough room for 6 adults and 6 grandchildren in the house . . .the kitchen was well stocked with pans large enough to feed the horde ❤️ great balconies with plenty of chairs . . We loved being able to use the grill as well
Negative: A outdoor shower would have been nice to keep so much sand from getting into the house.
Summary: It was wonderful to be able to have the family in one space

Positive: The house floorplan was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space but the community spaces were perfect for big groups.
Negative: A few chairs were broken. Overall it was great.

Positive: The home was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The beach was perfect, it was less hectic than gulf shores and orange beach. This is the perfect location for romantic getaways, retired persons, or people that want to get away from the busy city life.
Negative: We had little to no options for ordering food. Door dash and uber said that we were too far for delivery. I didn’t realize we were located 18 to 20 min to the main road.
Summary: Overall this was a very nice place, Fort Morgan is a very nice beach and will definitely stay again.

Positive: Nice size for large family vacation. Location was amazing! Very short walk to beach access. Well stocked kitchen,but missing a can opener. Loved the large dining tables. Toys and games for family fun were a nice touch. View from balconies was lovely.
Negative: Needed more lighting under the carports. Lights were burned out. Needed a BROOM - so sandy and no way to clean up! Some of the railings were loose - safety issue. Ran out of.propane on the grill in first 10 minutes of cooking and extra propane tank was nearly empty as well.

Negative: The only problem was the code to the pool was wrong, but we contacted the host and they gave us the right one right away.

Positive: I love how beautiful the house is and how close we were to the beach. House is very big too and it accommodated all my family.
Negative: When we entered the premises, there was a bag of garbage left at the front door but no big deal.
