Positive: The house was beautiful very spacious and nice the only problem we had was bugs and the couch smell so bad nothing but like urine we had to take the pillows off the sofa and place them outside too air out and another problem was none of our remote controls didn’t go to our tv we had to look for them it will be nice if someone can label them that will help a lot but other then that it was a nice place to stay at…

Positive: We enjoyed how spacious the home was. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice everyone having their own bathroom. Enjoyed my coffee sitting outside on the screened balcony as well. The pool and beach were walking distance, and the beach wasn't crowded was a plus.

Positive: My recent stay at this vacation home was overall great! The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets and pillows for everyone, which is always a big concern for us! It was in a cul-de-sac and plenty of room for parking!
Negative: We did encounter an issue with the door lock when we first arrived. The lock was stuck, and the lock box was locked inside the screen door. Even when accessed, the lockbox was corroded shut. However, support responded quickly, fixed the sticky lock, and replaced the lockbox. Once inside, the house was gorgeous. The kitchen had a fantastic setup, but be sure to bring your own utensils and cooking items, as there were only 5 forks for a house that can sleep 16+.
Summary: Despite these hiccups, we had a wonderful stay.

Positive: House was perfect size for 15 people, even though the house is not right on the beach the location to the beach and pool were great. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Large beds were comfortable.
Negative: The small fold out beds should not be called single beds...they are not made for adults. Small children maybe. The recliner chair is horrible, the cushion is gone out of the back and you're leaning on a rod.

Positive: Home was clean,comfortable, and spacious.
Negative: The lock and code gave us some challenges. We had to call twice to get in home 2 separate times. The first time owners forgot to add pound to the code, second time first code did not work.
