Summary: The house fit our extended family perfectly. My husband and I used the bedroom downstairs with our grandkids in the bunk room. My 3 children and their spouses slept upstairs. Having 4 king size beds was a big plus. Plenty of room in the family room and kitchen area for all to watch ballgames and a big table for card games. We were able to host Thanksgiving for 4 other familyโ€™s staying in the neighborhood with all the outside seating too.

We never felt on top of each other. The walk to the beach was a breeze! Only took us about 2 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: We had a great time this summer during our stay. Very close to the beach and to the pool! Everything was as described, no problems at all. Would absolutely stay here again. There were 2 seniors, 3 adults, and 3 teens in our party. :)

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Sunshine at Fort Morgan. The house was clean neat and just a short walk to the beach. The only thing we did not like was that there were way to many Knick knacks around the house. Covered every table,corner etc. was a little hard for crawling babies with things on the floors in corners everywhere. The dressers and tables in the bedrooms along with bathroom countertops were covered with Knick knacks too. You didnโ€™t have much room if any to put your own things down. Overall very nice house and would stay again.

The house is very conveniently located to both the pools and the beach. We also enjoyed pickleball, tennis, and riding our bikes through the neighborhood. Coastal View Vacations was a pleasure to deal with. I had a number of questions before we left, and they were very responsive in answering them. Could not recommend more highly.
