Positive: Great location to get in/out. Pool was nice for the gloomy days Comes with beach equipment Traffic isn’t bad even though it’s close to the school. Close proximity to explore the city
Negative: Forgot about it being a pet friendly home, cleaners must have too. Could use a tv in the other bedroom too

Negative: Not much, really. Secondary bath had no hand soap and the main bathroom had a door that didn't work well.
