Positive: Great location. Very friendly neighbors!
Negative: The pool needs a good cleaning. Throw away the broken patio furniture and replace it. Need some sort of organizer or area for all the pool toys that were piled up and smelled funky. Need a new pool net to clean the pool. It doesn’t get the bugs and gnats that float on the surface. Holes in net. The yard was mowed BUT it could use some nice landscaping. A little TLC could really give this home a wonderful rating!
Summary: Has a lot of potential! This home could get ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ with some TLC!

Positive: Very peaceful and tranquil property on the canal. Easy access via a key pad on the front door. Good air-con and very good WiFi.
Negative: Bedrooms were very basic, more like a hotel room -dated linen, very bland decor, noisy ceiling fan, simple blinds at the windows that let the blazing sunshine in at dawn waking us up at about 05:45 (May), only one bathroom and an en-suite and they were also more like a hotel, living room lighting was poor, barbecue was a griddle plate not a flaming grill, nothing in the garage -bikes/fishing gear, very small sundeck around the pool with not a lot of space to sunbathe, barking dog next door (resident), and poor patio furniture with broken slats on loungers!
Summary: Great location, but needs a refurbishment and some care!

Positive: The location was the best thing.
Negative: The management company should have addressed some of these issue before arrival to the home. If it had not been rented in awhile someone should have gone over and done a walk through to address the issues. The house was dusty, litte bugs and dirt in the corners, a dead cock roach, the TV in the living room was in spanish, which I don't speak, the tv in the master suite did not work, mold growing in the coffee pot because no one dumped the grounds from the last time and no lid for the pot so I could not make coffee. No hair dryer, no body soap or shampoo. I was to start a load of laundry, but no laundry soap.
Summary: Great Location, great house for a family or friends get together. The view and pool were great.
