This show piece home has been finished in January of 2019. It is thru and thru designer furnished. Captivating Views over not just one but two small lakes and the Golf Course from almost every room in the house. Window and Doors are Impact Resistant for added security and protection. Driveway and pooldeck are brick pavered.
As you enter the Great room, you will be greeted by the soaring Tray Ceilings and the sun-drenched split floorplan. Living room comes with stylish black sectional sofa and white chair mixed with contemporary coffee table and TV console with a 55” TV. The dramatic Kitchen with lots of Granite counter space and stainless steel appliances is fit for a Chef. Formal dining with a wood aspect table is just steps away from Kitchen with open views to pool are, the lakes and Golf Course. Entertain with ease as the flow out to the lanai has 4 stacking sliders on one side and a 90 degree slider on the other so you can bring the outside in. Large covered lanai with dining for 6-8 and four loungers. The large pool with rectangular whirlpool blanketed with Italian glass mosaics and a stylish sunshelf is embedded in an oversized brick pavered pool deck. Whirlpool functions can be handled easily by handheld remote control. All water features can be heated on cooler days for an extra charge. Your only job at White Sands is to have the time of your life.
The Master suite with King bed, contemporary nightstands, dresser, TV, sliders to pool deck, walk-in-closet, towel closet and dramatic bath with his and hers separate granite vanities a walk-around-shower and a modern white freestanding tub. An 8 ft. pocket door is separating the guest quarters from the main living area with two Guest bedrooms one with King bed, two night stands, TV and a desk. The other one with Queen bed, nightstand and a desk share a bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower. This bathroom also serves as pool bath. In addition, there is a nice size Den with a desk and a pull-out couch for one overflow guest.

Summary: This was the perfect mix between beach and pool vacation. My kids wanted our own private pool and I wanted the beach. Englewood Beach was only about a quick 15 minute drive away and it was amazing. The house is one of the best I've stayed in! The set up is fantastic, especially for parents that want a little separation from the kids ;) It was a spit floor plan and the master area was like its own little private area. The pool!? Just wow! It was the hit of the trip. My kids loved it and so did we! The house had everything we needed and plus some. The location was perfect. Grocery, resturants, etc with within 10 minutes of driving. I could not have asked for a better stay! We will definitely be booking again!!

Summary: The house itself is nice, its clean and luxurious. The spa makes the property even better and its perfect for relaxing. Everything was perfect, the community was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend :)

Summary: We arrived during a hurricane and the property manager was very helpful. Everything was as nice the pictures. The space was perfect and there was enough to do in the area for a slow paced relaxing week. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and near food and shopping. Highly recommend!

Summary: Can't say enough about this property, it's a well appointed high end home with all the amenities a family could desire. Top of the line appliances and attention to detail from top to bottom. The home is also well stocked with cooking utensils, linens, cleaning supplies, etc., just need to bring your food and drinks. The pool area and kitchen were our favorites followed by wonderful views and a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and looking forward to our next visit.
