Positive: Great location to everything. Beaches, stores etc Beautiful backyard Nice size pool House is a great layout
Negative: A few things were not working or broken but nothing that made the stay bad. The second working smoke detector wasn’t working and there was a note on it left in the pantry I assume from the precious renters. So we purchased one for our stay. We purchased a mop because the floor in the living/dining room made our 1 year old’s feet black as he walked around in his walker so we did a good mop with a new mop and that helped. One of the burners on the stove didn’t work, a cabinet door was falling off the hinges above the non working microwave (there is a working microwave on the counter) the spring thing for one of the birdcage doors was hanging. There were not any kitchen towels and only one dish towel so we purchased more dish towels and dish cloths. The blinds in the living room (one of them) didn’t pull up all the way the string only pulled one side up and it wasn’t able to twist open. This is about what I recall and truly really didn’t affect too much of our stay. The non working smoke detector isn’t good. My husband is a fire fighter and that hallway where it was missing is where our kids stayed opposite the house from us. We left the detector purchased.
Summary: Overall this location is perfect, the house was great for our family, the pool was a good size and we would love to stay
