Positive: Great location. Spacious. Modern and updated. Nice views. Easy access.
Negative: Needed a window covering on window to the street. We had to move something to cover the window facing the street at night. Also need more hooks for towels and clothes. I had to buy a small over the door hook for our towels. We were only two people. Not sure how 4 people would have managed the towel situation and how to hang them.

Positive: Beautiful view of the river. Only a block or two to brewery restaurants, a coffee shop, and a great park on the river.
Negative: The interface between Vacasa and Booking is a little clunky resulting in a lot of duplicate email updates, and certain things require a separate Vacasa login. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of.

Negative: It's run by a company that runs places and they send you these emails that are just absolutely endless so trying to find just like the pertinent information like the address or basic details are sometimes annoying if you're using their emails because you have to scroll and scroll but outside of that

Positive: Location was great and property was very well maintained. Decor and ambience were wonderful and the floor plan/layout was great.
Negative: In the smaller bedroom, the mattress had a significant dip which could be felt when lying in the bed.
Summary: Lovely cabin and lovely stay! Will look forward to visiting this location again, thank you!

Positive: It is a great little house that is very clean. The key was accessible and it has the basics. We were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay for the most part.
Negative: There are many things that are needed for an extended stay that weren't provided. There were many kitchen items that would have been nice to have that weren't there - for example, sugar and spices. It was my error in not realizing there is not a washer and dryer, but the host rented it to me for 9 days without clarifying - I ended up having to wash all the towels at a laundromat. Unfortunately, I had to drive 20 miles to Hood River to do that. Also, the air circulation is quite strange in a container home - and on a very hot day (it was 106 while we were there) the AC was not sufficient to cool the bedrooms. Finally, there was a planned power outage in the area that was not communicated to us, so that was an unwelcome surprise, in addition to a chemical smell that filled the entire house that day. We were never able to figure out what that was.
Summary: Not quite ready to accommodate an extended stay.
