Surrounded by a small romantic forest you will discover the beauty and comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
This cozy, one-storey villa with a size of 70m2 counts with 2 bedrooms; ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a double bed; the second one is equipped with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabin (walk in shower).
The house has no garden with lawn; there is a natural garden area with trees and a spacious terrace (approx. 110 m2), a table and seats. The chlorine pool with a size of 6 meters x 5 meters is the perfect place for all the sun lovers of you. The pool is a real jewel and is integrated perfectly into the scenery. There are 4 sun loungers and one sunshade. The pool area, the terrace and the whole plot lie romantic surrounded by a small forest; which means that it is a very quiet and private place. There are also animals near the villa and “Miquelet” the friendly donkey welcomes all of his guests.
There are 2 entrances from the terrace to the house, one to the kitchen and the second one to the living area, which is equipped with a cozy sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs and satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge, a pantry and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. For the winter season, the house counts with central heating. Pets are on request, please ask before! The bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan each and there is an additional standing fan.
The nearest sandy beach, Puerto de Pollença, is about 19 km from the house. It is a fine sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea. The surrounding mountains offer a beautiful contrast to the sea. Puerto de Pollença has a harbour where you can see everything from luxurious yachts to colourful little fishing boats. The harbour promenade is particularly beautiful, has a wide range of restaurants and invites you to linger.
In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the town of Pollença, which used to be popular with painters and artists. This influence can still be felt today and gives the town a unique flair. During the summer months, there is always something going on in Pollença and you can visit art exhibitions, concerts or festivals. In the charming main square, you can have a bite to eat in one of the many bars and restaurants and watch the lively hustle and bustle. Don't forget to visit the Romanesque Bridge as well as the small church of the "Calvari" hill. You reach this church by climbing 365 steps; however, the effort is rewarded with magnificent views over the town and the surrounding countryside. Sunday is market day in Pollença. At the market you have the opportunity to buy fresh food from the region as well as handmade products from the locals.

Summary: Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, herrlich rustikales Steinhäuschen mit allem was man braucht. Mitten in Nirgendwo. Herrlich zum Abschalten vom Alltag da auch kaum Handyempfang im Bergtal. Die Landschaft und der in die Felsen eingebettete Pool sind genial! Auch den Kindern (9+18) gefiel es sehr. Die Fotos auf der Seite sollten mal auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden um dem Eindruck gerecht zu werden. außer einem weiteren Schneidebrett hat uns nichts gefehlt!

Summary: Super einsame Unterkunft, fast schon etwas versteckt. Schönes Gelände, der Pool sehr natürlich und sauber. Sehr diskrete Gastgeber und auch der "Poolman" kam immer zu Zeiten wo er niemanden störte.

Summary: Ambiente rustico, sembra di essere in una Baita, la piscina nelle rocce è unica anche se non proprio adatta a bambini piccoli, per noi che eravamo due coppie adulte è stato tutto perfetto, la consiglierei......si per una vacanza caratteristica e ruspante, no per chi cerca i confort da 5 stelle o per chi non ama l'isolamento. Letti molto comodi. Sono dettagli, ma serve un nuovo retino per pulire la piscina anche se il Manutentore Miguel è venuto a verificare e pulire la piscina ben due volte in una settimana (ottimo e efficiente), casa molto isolata nel mezzo della macchia mediterranea, tantissimi gatti selvatici che sono simpatici ma molto affamati.

Summary: This cute cottage in the woods offers plenty of quiet and calm. It’s located in a beautiful serene valley at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax. This is also due to the fact that there’s no WiFi and practically no mobile reception on the entire property. Being surrounded by nature you will be woken by the song of birds, bleating sheep and cats. In the colder months we would definitely recommend paying extra for heating, as it does get very cold at night in the old and dark stone house.

Summary: We had difficulty in finding the home in pitch darkness at night with just GPS coordinates and Just a paper sign on the door. We didn’t feel secure at night with a gate that couldn’t be closed and no extra security and the place being very remote. For the price we paid these two complaints should be taken into account. I didn’t like the fact that we had two subcontracters below homeaway. Having said that subcontractor homerti was very responsieve to all our questions. For the rest great house and pool and surrounding area.
