Positive: Cute style cabin with scenic views Full kitchen DIY Laundry area
Negative: The cabins are right next to the train line. They come pass at least once an hour including during the night. The train will use its horn multiple times as it passes so it will wake you up and it’s very very loud. One front desk staff member was always very down and had no customer service or even a friendly manner about her Also no restaurant or food service close by will have to cook all meals or drive 20 mins to Banff or lake Louise
Summary: Cute style cabins but not worth the money as you get woken up by trains every hr and no restaurant on site or close by.

Positive: Log cabin chalets were quaint, cozy, very clean and comfortable. Our all too brief stay was in a one bedroom chalet that included a wood burning fireplace, jetted tub, and all the essential amenities of home, including wonderful Rocky Mountain Soap products. Staff were friendly and efficient. We will be back!
Negative: The location is close to a major train line. We noticed it, but were not bothered by it. Some might be.
Summary: Warm and cozy Rocky Mountain log cabin chalets! Delightful!
