Summary: Our cabin was a gem! Had a fabulous stay. Only thing that could be improved was the squeaky sofa bed that needed a memory foam topper so as not to feel all the springs. Beautiful grounds, fabulous staff.

Summary: Fabulous chalet with lots of room, well laid out and very well equipped. It was exceptionally clean on our arrival and housekeeping staff visited each day to see if we needed anything. I particularly liked the way each chalet was lit with fairy lights once it went dark, very picturesque. This resort is in a good location for sight-seeing and is situated in a beautiful setting. It was nice to sit out on the front deck of an evening watching the world go by. I would definitely recommend Castle Mountain Chalets. Just one thing to note: the chalets are located very close to the railway line and the trains are very noisy.

Summary: The service is baaad. The train sounds are very loud and often. I have no plans to visit again. But the male staff who housekeeping is very kind.
