This delightful garden studio apartment is centrally located in Smith's Parish overlooking Harrington Sound, in a quiet area very close to Flatt's Village and The Aquarium, Museum and Zoo.
The studio is 350sq.ft, fully fitted with all you will need for a relaxing vacation. The interior includes a queen size bed and combined living area, with flat screen cable TV and free WIFI, large closet and modern shower bath. All bed linens and towels are provided. The kitchen area is fully stocked with tea, coffee and basic condiments and we will be happy to shop for you before your arrival, upon request.
The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Occasional use of shared laundry facilities is available upon request. There is a separate private entrance to the studio that includes a pergola-covered patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are chaises to relax in the beautiful garden and it is only a short walk down to a private dock for swimming in Harrington Sound.
This studio is located just off Harrington Sound Road where there are convenient bus stops to take you to Hamilton (15mins) and St. George's (25mins). Flatt's Village is only a 5 minute walk where there are several restaurants, including Rustico and the AZU cafe at The Aquarium.

Summary: The property is as beautiful and clean as advertised. The Property Manager is extremely personable and friendly. He was available at all times, and bent over backwards to accommodate his guests. I highly recommend this property. This was our first time using an AirBnb and I am not inclined to look any further in the future.

Summary: Our 6-night retreat at Anita and Allen's unit in December 2023 offered a delightful escape from the Canadian winter to Bermuda's inviting warmth. As Canadians accustomed to freezing temperatures, the pleasant 20°C weather felt like a serene summer haven. Anita and Allen's studio was a haven of comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, ample closet space, and a bed so cozy it felt like a dream. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Harrington Sound through the double French doors was a serene beginning to each day. Centrally located between Hamilton and St. George's, with the Flatts bus stops nearby, our exploration of Bermuda was seamless. Anita's assistance in securing a scooter rental. Allen introducing us to their charming garden enhanced our stay. Summary: We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Location is very close to a bus stop and a short walk to Flatts Village for excellent dining (Village Pantry has delicious food and great service) and additional bus service. Also, the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo is a great place to visit. Harrington Sound is unique and beautiful. Hosts were friendly and helpful, checking in to see if we needed anything. The room was spotless and quite comfortable. Thanks for sharing your property with us. We will return!

Summary: I didn’t actually stay at this house, my sister in law did. We rented this for her to use because her husband was hospitalized during a Bermuda vacation and we thought it’d be more comfortable than a hotel room. She liked it very much and said the owners were very helpful. They definitely responded to my questions in a timely manner.

Summary: This was the perfect place for me. Alan and Anita were so welcoming. So was their dog Jack who loved to play fetch. Alan checked in on me and made sure I had water, ice and anything else I needed. The room was clean, comfortable and had enough kitchen supplies to cook if you want to do so. Thank you for having me! Hopefully I'll be back soon.

Summary: The positive reviews are all true. Staying with Alan, Anita and Jack was better than expected even considering the positive reviews. The apartment was perfectly equipped to prepare meals and eat them in the shade under the trellis outside. The updated finishes and tile throughout, combined with a comfortable bed and strong AC added to the relaxation of our stay. The location allowed us to easily explore the entire island. Summary: My daughter and I stayed in Alan’s place for a few days while we researched wedding venues. We ended up switching weeks due to our cancelled flight. Alan was very gracious and refunded us the extra night. His place is in a quiet, safe area. Upon arrival he offered to take us grocery shopping, and asked each day if we needed anything. We weren’t around much but when we were it felt like home One of the best parts of the trip was meeting Jack. Jack was so very cute and he wanted to play with us every time we came home. I would go back just to see Jack!! Alan was very helpful, offering many suggestions! Thank you Alan .

Summary: I don’t really know which thing has been the best!!! Alan and Anita are not common people ,they are absolutely amazing and they were always nice and available. Sometime you can think that having people just above your head could not be the best. For us has been just the opposite ,they gave us a lot of advices where to get anything we need and Alan give us a ride to get the bike ,the grocery,he showed us which beaches are the best …(honestly they are all the best!!:)) He provided us with EVERYTHING plenty of towels he changed also in the middle of the week bedsheet and sanitize the floor of the room He is always super active around the house and always ready to ask you “Do you need something? He also apologized if the weather was not so great!!!! He is adorable and we arrived as guests but we left as friends!! The location is perfect ,there is a nice village with stores and restaurants that you can go just by walking The house’s garden is amazing ,Alan do the maintenance by himself and he spends a lot of time to make it appears beautiful and very relaxing Me and my husband we used to take the last Bermuda’s breeze with a nice glass of wine before going to bed . Everything it was like to be in heaven and it was perfect to us . We left sad because we know that we are going to miss them and our Happy Place but we know where to go on our next trip Thank you Alan and Anita to be part of our unforgettable memories See you soon!!!

Summary: We highly recommend you contact Alan and Anita when planning your Bermuda trip. They were truly lovely, graciously offering a ride to the scooter pickup and grocery store, as well as directions, tips... you name it. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The room was a light and bright corner room with patio doors on one side and windows on the second. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning was perfect, the appliances all worked as expected. Bermuda is beautiful, but we had record rains while we were there. Thankfully, Alan provided us with two ponchos. The location was central, only five minutes from the wedding we were attending, 15-20 minutes from the airport and St. George's, and 20-30 minutes in the opposite direction to Somerset and our pontoon rental. The docks, ferry, and other attractions are just beyond that.
