Summary: Everything was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself was right on Banff Ave so within walking distance to absolutely everything. An all around excellent experience:)

Summary: Our check in went smoothly. The hotel’s location is great. Rooms are big and comfortable. We were only there for one night, but being at the Charlton was excellent.

Summary: Overall a good place to stay, close enough to the activities in town (Banff) and very near the busses to the mountains. Staff nice and looking to be helpful. Sauna/pools very disappointing. One night, not working at all. But, overall, this appears to be a real family place, and they let young kids run around. If you are older, and looking to relax, you are not likely to like this.
