Summary: The location of the house is absolutely perfect. Easy access to Seaside and quick bike ride to the beach. The house setup is great. The upstairs bedrooms are so spacious for shared kid rooms. We loved it!

Summary: This house was just beautiful and perfect for our crew. The layout was very nice and we all had ample room to relax and come together as a family. Although there were only 5 of us, there is plenty of room for 8 comfortably. The location was a bonus as Seaside shopping and dining were right out the back porch. I can't recommend this location enough. In addition, Sanders was so accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. We're about to put this location on repeat!

Summary: This was the perfect home for our vacation. The beds and bedrooms were perfect for family & friends to all have their own space. This home is tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, steps from the pickleball courts. The back porch was a favorite for morning coffee. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The property manager was attentive and quick to answer all questions.

Summary: It was a great location and a comfortable home. AC issues but they put in some portables that worked to hold us over. Some minor things like not having ANY kitchen standards (no salt and pepper, sugar or basics on hand to cook - this would be very helpful and not a big ask). Ice maker was broken so a bag of ice would have been handy too, but we made it work. These are little things. Overall, it was a beautiful home in a fun family-friendly neighborhood.

Summary: We love this house. We celebrated my 50th here with friends and we were back again for a couples tennis and pickle ball trip. The location is fabulous. The house has a great set up for 3 couples. Plenty of seating. Love the dining table configuration for playing games. It is clean and well maintained. My only suggestion is an upgrade to the bed pillows (a little tired and flattened) and 2 for each guest is a must.

Summary: Overall the stay was great but there are a few things I would suggest for future guests. The first is testing the coffee makers to ensure they work properly. Second it seems to make sense that there would be beach towels available in the house. And with the rain showers that come out of nowhere a couple of umbrella’s in the house. Otherwise it was a great visit.
