Dune Vacation Rentals presents 'Rendezvous' that is located off of the quiet E. Ruskin Street. This residence is centrally located within steps of Seaside Town Center or the Ruskin Beach Pavilion. Rendezvous has 4 bedrooms + a bunk space and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests during your stay.
The first floor of this home greets you with a lovely living room with plenty of cozy seating for the entire family to enjoy. The open concept main living space flows seamlessly into the dining space which offers stylish seating for 6 guests. Into the kitchen you will find spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar stool seating for 2 guests. Off of the kitchen is access to the backyard which provides dining al fresco options.
The second floor of the home features two bedrooms and a bunk space. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed, a private bathroom and access to a private porch to enjoy the views of Seaside. The next bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and access to a private porch. On the third floor, tower floor, you will find two twin over twin bunks (sleeping a total of 4) and a private porch that provides beautiful views of Seaside!

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.

Summary: The house is even nicer than in the pictures and has lots of space! The location is perfect and so close to the beach and the main square. We had a wonderful time!

Summary: We've started here multiple times and the location is outstanding. The ac units do need some work but that did not impact our overall stay.

Summary: Beautiful, clean house, great location in Seaside. Highlighted problems included no working grill after buying a good bit of meat and Dunes did not provide a replacement; 4 electrical outlets in key locations did not work; and pool passes provided had wrong code leading to embarrassing situation at the pool. At these rental rates, we would expect a replacement grill for the week.

Summary: We loved our stay in Seaside. Awesome location to beach & shops & restaurants. We loved we could walk everywhere or ride the provided bikes. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars overall is because the carriage house smelled like cigarettes so no one stayed in there.

Summary: A group of 12 of us stayed here for a long weekend, and between the main house and the carriage house, it fit all of us very comfortably. The house was clean, communication with the property manager was prompt, and the location was absolute perfection, sitting only one block away from both town and the beach. Would stay here again!
