DETAILS: 1,2,3 and to the Shore is a 4–bedroom, 4–bathroom WaterColor. Guests will enjoy the home’s outdoor fireplace and sitting area and 2 large, screened porches. Located by the WaterColor Tennis Center and a few steps from a footpath that crosses into Seaside, this home has access to all of WaterColor’s amenities.
A front porch gives guests the option to enter 1,2,3 and to the Shore through a screened side porch or the front door. After spending the day swimming and playing, the porch is a lovely spot to drop wet and sandy gear before heading inside. The porch has ceiling fans, a flat-screen TV, an outdoor living area, and a low table perfect for card games. Steps lead down to a courtyard with a huge outdoor fireplace, wrap-around couch, grill, and dining table. Inside the home is an open living, dining, and kitchen space. The professionally decorated interior has original artwork, hardwood floors, and premium appliances. A long waterfall island conceals multiple premium appliances and while providing seating for 5. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the full-size wine cooler. French doors open to a guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom with a shower past the dining area. A back door opens to a wooden deck surrounded by native palmetto and scrub oak. An outdoor shower with louvered doors lets guests’ bathe in privacy.
