In the spirit of the original Watercolor Community, our 3,400 sqft home on Dandelion Drive boasts an amazing location in a very spacious home decorated in an Americana meets beachy style. Our retreat is a perfect beach getaway located across from Watercolor Tennis center. It’s all about location in Watercolor and a home this close to the front of the neighborhood doesn't come easily – so book fast to grab it before someone else does.
This spacious designer home is currently being renovated for 2024, including a new kitchen and new bathrooms! The updates will be completed just in time for Spring Break 2024.
The spacious main living area is located on the 2nd floor and features full kitchen, dining area under an artisan chandelier, and double door entrance to balcony for outdoor dining and an additional sitting area. There is a second living room on the 1st floor - perfect for kids to play games or watch a movie.
Step out of your Watercolor hideaway and find yourself in the heart of the community, very close to the front of the neighborhood + Gulf, only a few minutes bike ride to the Gulf of Mexico, the world-renowned and highly acclaimed Watercolor Beach Club, as well as the bustling town of Seaside! Kick off your shoes and sink your feet into the powdery, white sand while enjoying the gorgeous emerald waters.

Summary: Great house..... pictures are accurate.... if you love to cook... the kitchen has most everything you need. We loved the 5 minute walk to Seaside town center. House has a nice little lane out front that has no traffic.

Summary: We had 12 people in our group spanning 3 generations and the house fit us all perfectly! The bottom level is like it's own suite with 3 bedrooms and a living space - this is the level that you enter on. The main living space with the kitchen is on the second level so be aware that there are stairs involved for cooking, eating, hanging out altogether, etc. Fortunately this wasn't an issue for us but a gate on the stairs might be nice for an extra safety precautions with little ones. The screened porch on the main living level was really great to have. We were right in between Camp Watercolor and Seaside so we walked everywhere, including to downtown Watercolor. We all loved how spacious the main living area was, especially with enough room at the dining room table to seat everyone comfortably. This was one of our top rentals in Watercolor!

We had 7 adults - my husband and myself, 2 adult kids, significant other and grandparents. Plenty of room for us all with private bathrooms. The tv rooms downstairs and also upstairs were a plus. The kids could break away and watch their movies downstairs later in evening while we stayed upstairs. But if we all wanted to watch in the upstairs room, there was plenty of couch space for everyone. House is well stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses for eating in. Heat and hot water worked great. We will definitely be back for a 3rd and 4th visit!

Most evenings we decided to stay in and cook since the kids were so worn out. A dinner out would have been meltdown central. After getting groceries we got back to the house and realized there wasn’t any seasoning, PAM, or condiments. This made cooking very difficult. It would be nice if the kitchen was more stocked with the basics. More than two trash bags and two dishwasher tabs would have been very helpful.

Summary: We had the best time with our family in this house. It was spacious and we loved that the downstairs had a separate living space for the kids to hang out and watch TV. The location was perfect- a quick bike ride, walk, or golf cart drive to multiple pools and the beach. We can’t wait to come back to this house next year!

Summary: We stayed with my family of five (3 kids) and my sister’s family of four (2 kids) and my elderly parents. Eleven total. We had 2 bunks and the hallway daybed bed vacant. The kitchen is upstairs with two master suites. 3 bedrooms downstairs. The 4 porches are great.
