Summary: In town for our daughter's Clemson graduation. Location was perfect and property worked great for our small group to gather and celebrate the graduate. Open floor plan works well for small groups and property was exactly as pictured.

Summary: As a property manager myself, this property gets an A+. It was very clean and well stocked as far as kitchen amenities go. We appreciated all the little extra touches like toothbrushes, razors, throw blankets, things like cleaning supplies etc. we would definitely rent this property again when staying in the area.

Summary: Everything about this property was exceptional. The owner has truly thought of every possible detail. The house was immaculate, beds were all comfortable and attention to detail was endless. We had one minor issue with the shower in the master bathroom but were assured this would be resolved quickly. We will be back.

Summary: We loved our stay! The home was very comfortable, super clean, well appointed, and close to Clemson University. Bonus: there is an adorable playground and big sports fields right across the street — our kids LOVED this. The only downside was there was no directions on how to use the fireplace or back porch fire pit. We couldn't figure either out, which was a bummer. Otherwise, this place was perfect & we would rent again in the future.

Summary: We attended a horse show at the Clemson ag complex in Pendleton. This location was five minutes away. It was ten minutes from Clemson. Pendleton has a great downtown area of its own which we would have loved to explore more. Fun little area. The house itself is almost brand new, very clean, and well put together. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out. The only minor inconvenience is the house is on a somewhat bust road, and there will be cars passing throughout the night. My only suggestion would be to bring a sound machine. Overall, great stay!

Summary: Great home that is clean, well stocked and well organized. The back yard is private and floorpan is great. It is only 6 miles from the Clemson football stadium which is wonderful if you plan to attend a game.
