Summary: We just spent an amazing Easter weekend!! Everything was perfect. Really appreciate the excellent communication with Kate. The house has everything we needed and is really close to campus. Would stay again!!

Summary: If you ever need a place to stay in the Clemson area, stay here. You won't be disappointed. The home is well laid out, nicely updated, safe and well equipped. It's also very close to Clemson. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: We feel lucky to have found this property. Beautifully restored, immaculately clean, and comfortable. We barely scratched the surface of the fun we could have as a family at Tree Top haven. Selfishly, I hope it doesn’t get too popular because I see us staying there for years to come.

Summary: We booked this last minute due to an unexpected change in plans, and it was absolutely perfect. We were there for Clemson graduation and the location was ideal. Close to campus, but also convenient to various restaurants and other small towns. The house is beautiful, has all the amenities you would need, plus a great outdoor space. We had no issues at all during our time there! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area, and especially wanting easy access to Clemson!

Summary: The house and the outdoor space are even better than pictures represent. But even better are all the little things….early check in and late check out is priceless. Not having to strip the bed linens and take out all the trash. Well stocked kitchen. And the outdoor covered seating area was such a nice surprise. The host was so helpful with quick and thorough communication. We would love to stay here again!!

Summary: This is the best place to stay for a game weekend. The drive in for a noon game was so easy. The well-equipped kitchen is spacious with a great layout, and the entire house including bathrooms has been newly renovated. The host was so kind and available had we needed her, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. We will be back.

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed here to visit our daughter at Clemson. First, the home is exactly as depicted, and in some cases even better. Home is well crafted, not typical VRBO. Excellent touches by the owners. We also had a family of 6 more join us for a meal and had more than enough space for that event. House will comfortably sleep 8 in the 4 bedrooms. As great as the house is, the hosts are even more spectacular! We unfortunately visited during Hurricane Helene and lost power the morning of our 2nd day. Rich was at our house that morning and had a new generator installed and running within 2 hours. While this was going on, his wife Katy had made us a pot of coffee (they live around the corner and had power) while we waited! Just unreal commitment to making sure our stay was as minimally impacted as possible. I would give this 10 stars if I could. This will be our first choice when back in the area.
