3 Bedroom House in Clemson

Modern design with an open floor plan and endless large windows surrounded by a dense wooded lot brings the outdoors inside! Warm interior furnishings with natural wood finishes and accents through the home. Utilizing specialized wall construction materials with incredible insulation properties, each bedroom having its own dedicated and individually controlled heating and cooling system, a large ceiling fan in the great room, and natural gas tankless water heater, no other home in Clemson can boast better energy efficiency and comfort!
Upon entering the home you step into Sala Grande, the Great Room, under a twenty-two foot tall ceiling highlighted by a gorgeous natural wood beam, and you are surrounded by nine massive windows along three walls! On your right is a beautiful quartz waterfall island that seats six. To your left is a warm and inviting sectional sleeper sofa and accent chairs that can easily be moved to make sure you have the best view of the 86” wall mounted TV. Finally, you’ll be drawn by the gorgeous solid ash custom dining table that easily and comfortably sits eight!
Each bedroom has its own name and theme. The master bedroom downstairs is β€œBeach Vibe” and is a tribute to our love of the ocean and world travels to amazing beaches and scuba dive adventures. The master bathroom has twin backlit mirrors that resemble full moons on the black tile wall to guide the young sea turtles back to sea. :)
Upstairs you’ll find β€œBlack & Tan”, aptly named after our favorite adult beverage, and we utilize these colors in the furnishings and finishes. The headboard in this room is custom built by a local artisan and utilizes local white oak with β€œtiger stripe” wood grains and imported African Wenge wood as the frame. Can you find the β€œTiger Eyes” in the wood grain? Finally, β€œVista Views” is the other upstairs bedroom and in the Fall offers clear views of the Pendleton foothills and gorgeous sunrises.

Summary: Everything about the property was top notch! 5 min drive to campus. Restaurants and shopping directly across the street! The home was new and modern! Even came with a guidebook that answered any and all questions we may have had throughout the weekend. And the hosts were very gracious and accommodating! Thanks for making our weekend getaway special. 5/5 stars!

Summary: We had the most amazing time and this house was a huge part of it. We went to Clemson for a game day and were thrilled to have 3 bedrooms so our Clemson freshman could stay with us! The house was spotless! And set up for us perfectly! They had the fire pit ready to roll with wood and kindling, lovely shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the showers, and a beautiful gift bag for us. The beds and bedding were lovely and the whole experience was 5 star!

Summary: Had an excellent stay at this property. Great proximity to campus, we were able to make two trips for drop-offs at stadium tailgate for noon game. Convenient check in and check out times (10 AM check in, 1 PM Checkout). Exceptionally clean and well stocked. We did a home cooked meal for kids and had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed getting out of dorm and having a feeling of home, sitting around the fire pit and back deck. Easy walk across the street to Patrick Square (Rick Erwins, Sunny side cafe, and other restaurants and stores). Excellent WIFI and Tech (smart TV's, Sonos sound system, automated blinds, cool lighting, customized Temperature control by room). Great online home guide that we used often!

Summary: Location of the property was perfect near Patrick Square. Convenient to Sunnyside for breakfast, Rick Erwin's steakhouse, and a quick drive to campus for Tigers game. House was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable for two families. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great weekend house to enjoy Clemson.
