In an old Lindau town house that combines modern with traditional Lindau elements, we offer you a holiday apartment that was completely redesigned in early 2014 with every comfort. On 92 sqm you will find everything you need for your vacation in a neat atmosphere: a 60 sqm, historic Lindauer room, which we have designed as an exclusive living space. A modern, fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a comfortable bedroom and also a day bed as a double bed, which is located behind a chic room divider in the large living room. You don't have to do without the generosity of living on your vacation. Bed linen and towels are of course provided by us, as well as a washer dryer in the apartment.
There is an elevator in the house. View from the apartment on the romantic Reichsplatz with the famous Lindavia fountain and the historic town hall, the harbor with the impressive Alpine panorama is about 50 m away.

Summary: All aspects of this apartment were beyond our expectations. Great location in the hub of all Lindau activities yet quietened down at night to allow overnight recovery. Terrific base to explore Lindau and surrounding districts. All home comforts plus more were supplied. Tons of room to spare. Although not speaking German, everyone made efforts to compensate! Can highly recommend to anyone wanting either a relaxing or action packed stay. Would love to come back here any time.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights on a holiday weekend. Great location. This apartment is in the middle of everything! The hosts provided a beautiful and comfortable place. Thoughtful touches, such as refrigerated water and fresh flowers on the table.

Summary: This apartment was very spacious, and comfortable and well fitted out for visitors. Convenient to have elevator access for luggage. Very modern appliances, sleek bathroom with good water pressure and hot water in the shower, and comfortable bed. Great communication with the owner, and fantastic location. It really ticked all the boxes for us. Would love to return one day.

Summary: This is really a perfect place to stay if you want to be in Lindau. Big space, quiet but in the center of everything. Open space with nice views out to courtyard. We had our old dog with us so the elevator was perfect. bed is comfortable and kitchen is modern. 1 minute walk to the harbor. Even with all the corona restrictions we had good to-go dining options once we walked around to discover what was open. The Indian restaurant is surprisingly very good. Great greeting from the host to explain everything. Very kind and helpful family. I had a few questions during the stay and she was very responsive. WiFi works well, even for business use (I was there for work). Dont hesitate to book this one.

Summary: Great location and beautiful apartment. Only lacking a fan to circulate air as it was extremely hot the 4 nights we were in Lindau (heatwave) and info to where the grocery store would be helpful - had to asked other tourists on the street with grocery bags. Would definitely stay again.
