Positive: Check in was easy! Staff is very friendly:) Having to use room key to go up to your room in the elevator is a great idea. Safety for patrons that stay over night at the Chumash Casino.

Positive: Our stay was Above and Beyond! We stayed July 14-19th, we were very impressed with everything. Everyone was friendly even at the gas station. We felt like we got VIP treatment the whole time we were there. We had to use the EMT’s a couple of times and they also were professional but friendly. Our original bellhop Adrianna was very sweet and went above and beyond. The room was beautiful! We asked for a coffee pot at front desk first girl told us that if we didn’t have one that meant they didn’t have any but we asked someone else and had one delivered with all the condiments and cups within half hour. When we where having breakfast in Eggington the general manager came and visited with us and gave us dining recommendations away from resort he was friendly and we saw him again on Friday and he greeted us with a smile and asked if we went to any of his recommendations. Only con was while I was in casino we had very few servers ask if we wanted a drink we would have to go but our own other than that we loved our stay and will definitely be back. To end our stay we stopped at the gas station and my husband went in to get coffee the older man at counter asked him if that was all he was getting my husband said yes and the man said don’t worry about it and gave it to my husband. We both come from Disneyland in Anaheim and are used to High Standards and we have to say Job Well Done!!! See ya again!

Positive: The rooms are very nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel part of the property is way above expectations.
Negative: Food choices are very limited. The cafe hrs open late and close early. So other than a steak house food options seem to be a coffee kiosk with pastry and deli section
