This location is close to the airport (about a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic). There is a convenience store just one block away (less than a 3 minute walk), great if you don't have a car. Only a 15-20 minute drive away from downtown New Orleans if you do have a car (depends on traffic).
The space
This location has free high-speed Wi-Fi with 3 smart TVs. (1 in each bedroom + downstairs). Two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. There is plenty of parking at the location. A parking lot to the left and street parking to the right. The couch in the living room is a futon and can be used as an extra bed.

You'll have the whole unit to yourself. There is lock box access so you can arrive at anytime.

For the coffee lovers out there. We now have a coffee maker with Community coffee, cream, and sugar available. There is also a Starbucks nearby off of Esplanade and the convenience store a block away also sells coffee products.

Summary: Nice little 2 bedroom apartment that's obviously well maintained. It was clean and everything worked well. Private patio in back. You do have neighbors to the left and right of the unit, and the walls aren't the thickest. But we were there for New Years Eve and didn't have a problem with noise. It's pretty centrally located to a variety of restaurants and shops, plus it's very close to the airport. All in all we were quite pleased with our stay.

Summary: Stayed for a week with adult kids visiting family for the holidays. The place was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to everything we needed, including freeway access to New Orleans. The complimentary local coffee provided by the host was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.

Summary: I missed the email about the code for the door but the host was very responsive. The ac was not working right so it was a bit warm but manageable. The owner came to check it out and again was very responsive. He took care of it properly. I would recommend this home.
