Positive: Loved the whole house! The owner had a book for guests to write in. It was sweet that there were dog treats in the kitchen. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The owner had provided a book about the house with manuals, menus, and other various things about the area. The owner had a beach cart and other beach supplies if you wanted to drive or make the 10-minute walk to the beach. Had a fire pit and wood. For those that love Publix it's a short drive from home.
Negative: The master bed was a little too firm for me.
Summary: Home was clean, cozy and inviting!

Positive: Facilities had absolutely everything you could need or want to include little shampoo and soap. Well stocked kitchen and laundry. Impressed at the cleanliness. The home was very nice inside. Short and easy walk to the beach and intercoastal waterway. Quite residential neighborhood. Happy that they allow pets for no extra charge.
Negative: There is a significant cleaning fee added at the end. If you are looking for more action and activity (we weren't) you will have to drive into the closest beach town.
