Summary: Good stay, although a bit over priced for the comdition of the hotel. Common areas were ok, but the rooms were outdated and needed work, such as peeling walpaper, dripping faucet and a/c. Also no ventilation in the bathroom made it a dutch oven when showering. The breakfast hostess Shantan was amazing. She was helpful my entire stay. The rest of the staff were pleasant as well.

Summary: Ms. Wanda!!! Amazing Amazing AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond!! I mentioned I had a nine year old disabled child with a sensitive immune system. Not only did she make sure my request were met, but she also gave me so many activities for my baby to do. She was the best!! Definitely will stay there again!!

Summary: Stag was utterly fantastic. Went out of their way to make us feel at home and accommodate us when we missed our flight. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: The service from the front desk folks was really great. Super nice, sincere, and welcoming. The facilities were a bit subpar though. The elevators were down, and the laundry machines keep eating coins. The gym equipment was missing pieces to select weights or make adjustments. The pool didn't look great. But if you need to just check on and sleep in the room, this place was a good spot, not too far from downtown New Orleans. Parking is free too, and not an extra resort charge.
