Negative: Sofa pull out had an extremely thin mattress and you could feel all the springs. I had to sleep on it with out pulling out the mattress because it was so uncomfortable.
Summary: Great overall but pull out sofa ia not really a bed.

Positive: Even with the construction next door it was very quiet. The view of the water was the best. Many restaurants close by.
Negative: Providenciales needs to allow Uber and Lyft. Taxis were ok.
