JACARANDA VILLA is a large 2500 square feet 3 bedroom villa located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas).

Jacaranda Villa is a stand alone villa with a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second master with queen bed, a twin bedroom, and two sleeper sofas in the living room (so will accommodate up to ten guests), second bathroom, a full spacious kitchen, large living room area, large dining room and fully screened in porch which overlooks the pool.
Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge.
Jacaranda Villa is located among tropical, landscaped gardens overlooking the canal and is very close to our swimming pool.
There is beach access from the villa.
Our street is a quiet residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it.
You simply cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean.
Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please.
Our on site team will take wonderful care of you, but if for any reason they are unable to help - we're just a phone call away.
We can assist with securing dinner reservations, booking excursions etc.
Our villas are just a short ride away from Providenciales International Airport.
If you decide to hire a car we can provide you with simple driving directions. It will not take more than 10 minutes from leaving the airport to reach our villas. You'll be on the beach in no time!
Alternatively you can catch a taxi from the airport to the villas. We will provide you all the necessary details upon making are reservation with us.
Turtle Cove is a quiet residential area - with all the amenities of the busier Grace Bay area.
We are located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach - you can walk from our villas all the way through Grace Bay to Leeward. You get the luxury of the most beautiful beach in the any crowds!
Located within walking distance the is the Turtle Cove Marina which is home to many of the water sports providers (we recommend Islands Vibes), a car rental company (Scooter Bobs) and several restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, The Naughty Gull, Simones, Tiki Hut, Magnolia & More).
Nothing is very far in Providenciales! Its very easy to get around.
Please remember that we drive on the left!
If you need direction to anywhere in particular - just ask, we pretty much know every last inch of the island and can ensure you get to your destination with ease.

Summary: Beautiful property just as listed. The grounds are lush, pool cleaned daily, house cleaned daily. Some normal beach stuff...sand, some older qualities from weather/sun, and mosquitos...all to be expected and made the property quaint. Lots of resaturants to walk to and cute walk to the beach.

Summary: We had a lovely stay, 4 adults and 1 baby in this spacious villa. The staff was very attentive. Beach with chairs/umbrellas was a great bonus. We will be back!!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, and was blown away by how clean Luz & team keeps the set of properties. Having kayaks on-site to paddle around the canal and along the shoreline was super convenient and easy getting in and out of the water. The family-friendly pool right outside was fun for the kids. We did beach walks every day of our stay and it wasn’t crowded. Great nearby places to dine such as Mango Reef. All around, a great trip and the hosts were quite responsive.

Summary: What a beautiful place! I usually go into any stay thinking the photos will be some sort of exaggeration but they were not--glorious, spacious, comfortable. The villa and grounds were just as lovely as the photos show. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were a 3-generation group, teens to seniors. It was great to be so close to the beach (and so close to Smith's Reef for fun snorkelling). The restaurants in Turtle Cove Marina are a short walk and very welcoming and delicious (the road is a bit dark so we were glad to have headlamps and flashlights).

Summary: I cant say enough about the time my family and I had over xmas break. The villa was fantastic for us. There were 7 of us. The villa is ideal for 6, but the fold out bed(s) in the front room were great for our 7th. The location of the villa on the property, the privacy, the pool, the screened in porch, and the ease of access to the beach were all fantastic. The cleaning crew came every day and were extremely pleasant and polite. The hosts were excellent too. They responded quickly to messages on VRBO and were very helpful whenever I had a question or an issue. We rented a large SUV and the parking spot was right next to the entrance to the villa. Im not sure if there is a second spot that can be used if you have multiple cars, but I don't suspect that is a typical scenario. This was our second trip to Turks. The first time we stayed at Beaches and it was great. This time we wanted to experience more of the island so we rented Jacaranda and I will say that when we go back we will try to rent it again.

Summary: The grounds around the property are incredible! Short walk to a beautiful quite beach with chairs and umbrellas already set up. The villa was much larger than I expected and was cleaned daily to cut down on the sand that inevitably gets tracked in. Not having to pay an air conditioning bill was also a huge plus(some properties do not include in the rental fee). My family had a wonderful time and felt very safe exploring the area.
