This 2,128 square foot beach front Condominium has a feeling like no other. Built closer to the ocean than anything else that can be built today, this condo gives you the feeling of living right on top of the ocean. The living room has 32 feet of floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened up and concealed into the wall to give you the most magnificent, unobstructed, panoramic view of the Caribbean. The Condo includes a full gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, glass-surfaced range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and granite counters. The kitchen contains a breakfast bar that seats four where you can enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful views the Condo offers. The balcony has a table that seats four and two outdoor lounge chairs, plus another sitting area. The open floor plan has a dining area with a formal glass dining table. The Condo can be configured into two options: two bedrooms and two and a half baths (2128 square feet, sleeps four ), or one bedroom and one and a half baths (1700 square feet, sleeps two ). Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom and there is a large half bathroom located in the main living area of the condo.
Somewhere Cafe, a beachfront restaurant serving daily breakfast, lunch, and casual dinners, which embrace the many tastes of the Caribbean is located right on the property. Have a rum punch or eat lunch on the upper deck of Somewhere Cafe, which overlooks the ocean, the coral reef and the beach of Grace Bay.
A coral reef is located just off the beach, right in the front of the property. This is where Coral Gardens gets its name from. Make sure to take a snorkeling lap around the reef to see all-sorts of Caribbean sea life including eagle ray's, sea turtles, lion fish and more. Please make sure to stay outside of the rope around the reef to keep it protected. If you are feeling brave, take an underwater flashlight and take a snorkeling lap around the reef just after sunset to see other amazing sea creatures including octopus, moray eels and more.
Sometime between 6:00 and 7:30 pm (depending on the time of year) you must watch the most beautiful show on Earth, a Caribbean sunset, right from your very own private balcony.
Enjoy endless water activities with our on-site Dive and Tour Shop. Take a sunset cruise, a boat excursion to the exotic caves of Middle Caicos, explore snorkeling wonders within steps from your door, take an island getaway where you can be left on a deserted beach, experience the glow-worm tours, para-sailing, or whale watching.
Consider a day of reef or bone fishing with Captain Barr Gardiner... the best on the island. Don't forget the unexpected meeting you might encounter with Jo-Jo, Turks and Caicos most famous, friendly dolphin. With so many options, you'll have to come back.
Taste the many flavors of the Island. Enjoy a fresh conch salad or grilled cracked conch at Da Conch Shack in Blue Hills, where they catch the conch on-site daily. Or treat yourself to an elegant meal at one of the many outstanding restaurants on Provo. Coco Bistro, a gourmet restaurant where you can enjoy candle-lit romantic ambiance, some of the best food on the island and an extensive wine list.

Summary: We’ve stayed at Coral Gardens in the past but had only booked directly with the property. This was our first time booking through VRBO and we’re thankful we found it here so we could come back to our favorite spot. The location is perfect. The beach in front of the property is a little narrow and crowded but it’s because there’s great snorkeling right there. The condo is huge, clean, bright and well maintained. Cleaning service is every other day which is fine, but I was surprised that the housekeeping staff did not clean dishes or fill or empty the dishwasher. Great fridge and a working ice maker which is revolutionary if you’ve stayed in condos on vacation before. We were told when checking in that we wouldn’t have to rush down to get chairs at the beach so it was also a little disappointing that we couldn’t get chairs for our party at 10:30am twice. This is related to the property and the season and not the host. Wish this property would have snorkeling gear or water sports to lend. The hosts were very responsive and did their best to clear up confusion with our bill when we had to switch dates around. VRBO needs to fix the problem of still attempting to charge the full tax and fees on a 5 night stay when we reduced it to a 4 night stay. It was confusing and a little deceptive and the hosts did their best to correct it but if you aren’t good at math you would get overcharged. All in all a great property and we hope to come back. Summary: We rented 2 bedroom condo on the beach. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Washer and dryer was handy. View was amazing and deck was like having your own private beach house. Internet was poor and difficult to get the WiFi signal throughout the apartment. The reef was right out front but not very healthy which was sad….

Summary: Check in was super quick and easy. Super nice staff in the front office… Scott, Jessica and Claude were always so nice if we ever had a question or needed anything. The condo was perfect! Just as described. Great view from your oversized balcony with sliding doors that open all the way up. Which we did a couple times when it rained and cooled off during the day. We just turned off the a/c. The mosquitoes were usually pesky in the early morning and in the evening so we are glad we brought bug spray. We always seemed to forget to bring it with us anytime we would go out to dinner. It was nice having Somewhere cafe/bar just next to the pool to grab a quick bite for lunch or a rum punch. Somewhere had music playing but it wasn’t overly loud. The beach was less than a 2 minute walk from the room. There was always beach chairs and loungers available which are for residents of the condo and guests staying at Coral Gardens. Jerome is always there to help get you set up or anything you need just ask Jerome. Snorkeling is right in front… just take a few steps in the water and you will start seeing different colored fish. Go a little further out and you might see a sea turtle or two. For dinner we went to Mango Reef, Omar’s, Mr. Grouper’s, Hemingway’s, Castaway’s and drinks at Danny Buoy’s. Taxi service we used Earl Jennings. The front desk should have his number.

Summary: Our stay was amazing. The location and views are absolute paradise! We will 100% go back to this property without looking elsewhere. The condo is very clean and exactly as pictured. We had four adults staying in the condo, and really appreciated the "Two Master Bedroom" setup, both with king sized beds and private bathrooms. The reef is directly in front of the condo unit and is perfect for snorkeling. The bar/restaurant next door was convenient. The host was very responsive with car rental, activities, and dinner options. Thank you for an awesome stay, highly recommend!
