This 4000 square foot vacation villa is situated directly on the white sand beach of western Grace Bay - rated among the top ten in the Caribbean. Swim and snorkel just steps from your door in the remarkably clear waters of Provo’s north shore. A short walk along the beach are Smith’s Reef and Coral Gardens, two of the Island’s finest snorkeling reefs within swimming distance from shore.
The spacious and supremely comfortable holiday home consists of two levels, with six bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning throughout. A formal dining room accommodates 12, and adjoins a beautifully outfitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
Stepping through the entrance foyer, is a great room with wet bar, and separate television room; 14 foot floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the outdoor covered patio facing the beach, a perfect area for entertaining, additional dining or poolside lounging.
From the quiet privilege of your beachfront patio, take in the view of Provo’s northshore reef, yachts and fishing boats beyond, and the occasional paragliders breezing overhead in the distance.
Upper level has two master suites (King beds) facing ocean; while the third (King) and fourth (Queen) bedrooms overlook the front gardens. Lower level contains additional two garden-front bedrooms, one with two twins, the other with a King bed. Guest powder room just off the Great Room. A laundry room completes the accommodations.
Serenity House is surrounded by colorful tropical foliage in a large and private garden. Conveniently located only a two minute drive or short walk to grocery shopping or Turtle Cove Marina, with several fine restaurants, shops, fishing, diving and watersports activities.

Summary: Our group consisted of myself, my niece and nephew and their spouses, one great nephew (18) and two great nieces (9 and 11). The pool and the closeness to the beach were top among "likes". This was a wonderful family vacation.

Summary: Had an excellent experience, 6 couples stayed in the house for a week, the outdoor space and pool and proximity to the beach was awesome. Likewise, the ensuite bathrooms make things very comfortable. Would highly recommend. We didn't really need any help no issues with the house, but Paul was very helpful with suggestions, where to go etc. I do recommend a car if staying there.

Summary: This villa was perfect for our family of 10 which included 2 toddlers and 2 elderly grandparents. Clean and beautiful house / property with a private walkway to beach. Definitely need a rental car. The bars / restaurants in Turtle Cove are walkable, but a car is needed to get to Grace Bay and other areas of interest. Christine was fantastic to work with. Very accommodating and communicative. We would definitely go back!

Summary: Serenity House is all that it was described. Everything was clean and lovely. It’s right on the beach and we’ll stacked with all necessities. The only issue with our stay was that we were there in mid June and the house got pretty warm by afternoon. The bedrooms have a/c but there’s only one unit in the main area.

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing time with 10 of us as a family adults and teenagers. The house is perfectly located, with an amazing beach and pool just out the front door and great snorkeling just a short walk away. We were picked up right on our beach for several island adventures and Christine our property manager was very responsive with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend it!

Summary: Everything was fantastic. Group of 12 with 4 small children. Amenities were just as advertised. Beach was so close that we were able to go back and forth to the house for meals or swimming, which was great with the 2 infants and 2 small children. Rooms were great and a/c worked well. Kitchen and outdoor grill were great as we cooked most nights. Grocery store and fish market were short car rides away. Christine was very responsive for a couple of questions we had and mid-week maid serice was nice to have. Overall, one of the absolute best experiences and a delight to know that their vrbo advertising did not embellish anything!

Summary: Amazing outdoor space! this is where we spent all our waking hours. The set up of this house is perfect every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, plenty of seating inside & out. The house is well stocked with anything you would possible need from the kitchen to the beach. The property manager was very responsive to questions. Could not have picked a better house for our visit to the island.

Summary: Well appointed home with beautiful views. My husband and I vacationed with 4 other couples. There is plenty of room for privacy and gatherings. A few restuarants that are walkable. A memorable experience. Christine was helpful and responded quickly to any of our concerns. Just one suggestion. While beach chairs are provided, we would have loved lounge chairs to be in place. Perhaps there is a service we could have used. We hope to visit again!

Summary: There were 6 couples and this home is set up perfectly for a large group. Loved the pool and beach. Not walking distance to much so we were glad we rented a van. It was an amazing vacation!
