Positive: The hotel is lovely snd clean, the rooms are GREAT! Comfy beds and clean and beautiful rooms.
Negative: The staff isn't very nice. The girls in the reception are GREAT and friendly - the staff at the restaurant and bar, at the pool bar and breakfast waiters are downright rude and uninterested. They treat you like you're in the way. Nonchalant and unfriendly.
Summary: Lovely, clean and satisfactory stay!

Positive: Room was very nice, cleaned twice daily. Beach front was beautiful with a Reef just off the beach for snorkling. Staff was very professional and helpful with anything we needed. The rooftop bar had spectacular views. Dinning on the beach at sunset was a great experience.
Negative: Pool area was a little small, would loved to have more space in the pool and jacuzzi.

Negative: Gym was a joke, breakfast is weak sauce but uou dont go to this location for them so no biggie but wouldve been nice to have

Positive: Beach was good. The hotel flowers and trees looked well maintained. The food was 50/50, the burgers were ok. Some of the staff were friendly, but there were a few that needed customer service training.
Negative: Merck chicken sandwich was horrible. The cost paid for the hotel outweighed the value we received. We paid for an upgrade for 2 queenbeds yet we revived 1 king bed So we felt robbed for this. Oh and the spirit line was outrageous with only 2 booths serving 3 airline arrivals. Spent 2 hrs in line. Never ever again.
Summary: Turks was ok to experience but we won’t be back.

Positive: The hotel is right on the beach. They had 3 pools to swim in, and the staff was great. The reef is right there so you can snorkel and see the fish without having to go on a snorkel trip.
Negative: Taxi services were expensive. So, if you wanted to go to another restaurant, it would cost $10 to $15 each way per person.
Summary: Great place to relax and unwind with everything you need in one location.
