Summary: Front entrance was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. You have to pay additional $25 for your car, ridiculous. We asked to check in early (1 hour) and we were told that they had to charge us for an early check in or we could come back in 30 mins and it would be free. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Summary: The experience at check in and check out was easy and friendly. The room and linens were clean and crisp. The room did have an odd smell. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Very conveniently located near Outback Steak House!

Summary: The hotel was OK but we were expecting better as it touted itself as being newly renovated. Our carpet was fairly stained, door parts falling off, some cracked tiles. All in all, it wasn't bad but we had hoped for a better experience. Another guest told me that this was their second time to stay there but both times the pool was closed-it didn't seem to have an issue as the water was full but we didn't ask. The staff was fine and helpful.

Summary: We checked in and the pool was closed due to chemicals being too high. Disappointing since I booked this hotel solely for the pool and breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, that was also a disappointment. The food was not coming out fast enough and there was not enough. My 5 year old was extremely disappointed since this had happened to us several times before. I actually called on Wednesday for this same issue.
