Positive: Outside clean and well-kept. Room has Tv, microwave, refrigerator, all relatively new. Also excellent air conditioner.

Negative: The room itself was very clean, but the sink,bathtub and toilet are all pretty worn - could use an update.

Summary: Clean, quiet, friendly. Extremely reasonable rates.
